The gym needs to be at the standard of the price and with variety of machines. Restaurant should offer flexibility. sometimes fishermen at nearby beach shouting a lot :) Reception should be a little more receptive also cost is at the high side. I did not understand why the food menu was expensive down to a bottle of water. The complimentary breakfast was only for 1 person after paying for a high amount for the rooms and paying for an extra person for the breakfast was so expensive. The size of the bathroom cubicle. The TV isn't smart. Just small bottle water provided for the night for 2 guests. Breakfast wasn't great, there were few options and a few times food was served cold. The bed could have been bigger for the rate paid. Food portion sizes small for the price compared to other similar 4 star hotels. Size of the room was below expectation , bathroom was tight. A little more space would have made me happier. Cost of meal, too unreasonable. Diplomatic rooms were far off from your description, beds were very small, shower stall extremely narrow, had to upgrade to a superior room. The lunch precisely. I think the quality of the food(taste wise) can be improved. There was leakages in the bath and almost slipped. Had issues with hot water at the bath. The bed was too small for couples to sleep on. The security at the gate don't wear masks and adhere to covid 19 protocol... The room I had booked did not meet my expectation from what I had seen online, it was neat and well kept but the ambiance was not what I wanted for a 3 night get away with my partner, it was not what I had seen online. I had paid in full for 3 nights when I checked in but had to ask to be checked out the next day. Unfortunately, I was told I will not get my refund till the end of the month!! Kind of outrageous but I checked out anyway to another place. I found a used bath gel in the shower immediately after check in despite the fact that it was the second room inspected before the key was issued. I requested for an extra bath gel the next morning. When the housekeeper knocked, I told her to wait but she opened the room door almost immediately and was about to enter when I screamed that I told her to wait for me to come for it.
