Really wish there was a hot tub/ jacuzzi on the premises, and a larger pool/ kids pool.
Very relaxed resort. The grounds are well kept and the rooms are comfortable. We've stayed before and it is a great place to stay.
Probably time for the carpet in the rooms to be updated. Other than that, everything we excellent.
location is excellent. very close to best snorkel place in the area (Black Rock). Tiki Bar and Restaurant on premises as well as multiple other dining options and shopping within 5-10 minutes walk. Clean but it is older then other hotels in the area so you feel that. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall, great value for the money.
It is not run down hotel by any means but it is older then others in the area and need some renovation. Molokai building is probably oldest (original) wood structure so its feels a bit humid but AC makes it ok to stay.
The nicest people on the island, best location and price.
It was fine for me, cleaning services were very good. But not an upscale place, just a good regular room by the beach. With awesome people.
We loved celebrating our honeymoon here! Great spot for any age!!
Nice location on the beach
All was good
The location is excellent- 5 minutes from Black Rock, steps from the beach
This hotel is old and outdated, lacks the luxury feel of the other hotels in the area
The htel and staff are efficient and very friendly & offer an authentic Hawain atmosphere.
It was very comfortable and clean I loved the pool and the space for tanning. The room was made up promptly and well. What a great hula show and entertainment!
Everything more met my expectations!
Excellent staff, actually made you feel welcome and that they truely appreciated your business. Great restaurant and snack bar on grounds. The grouunds themself are well taken care of and are constantly being groomed.
I did not like the fact you had to pay $9.00 a day for self parking and $11.00 a day for valet parking.
It was very close to everything, the grounds are beautiful and it was just a great place to relax.
Hotel was right on the beach, staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
The fact that internet was not included in the room rate.
Service; Hawaiian flavor; welcome breakfast where the staff highlighted "things to do."
Because I missed a flight connection (no fault of my own), I did not arrive at the hotel until December 27, or one day late; yet, the hotel still charged me for December 26th, a day I did not stay there.
Authentic Classic Hawaiian Old Style
Nearness to the beach; Grounds are well-kept; a/c in room worked well; Hotel personnel are friendly; Maid service was good; Small store on-site was very convenient; Breakfast buffet each morning was good;
Too noisy every night - live music ran until 9pm; Tiki bar over-priced and nothing special; Room had no microwave; no jacuzzi; no gym; hotel guests should not be charged for parking; though hotel grounds are well- kept the hotel is showing its age -- our room had a strong musty smell in one corner; would have been a plus if room had a dvd player in addition to tv & cable
garden was amazing! And also stuff of this hotel!!
This is a nice Hotel that I can recommend. The rooms were nice although nothing really special. There is a nice atmosphere and the staff does everything to introduce you to the Hawaiian culture. The swimming pool is OK but simple no slides or other fancy things which offer some of the other more expensive hotels. The music and dance performances are nice and the terrace is perfect to sit and relax in the evening.
