Pros. Good food, helpful staff, clean rooms
Pros. Riverside was away from the main resort so quiet on the night which was great for the kids. There are a few pools that were fairly empty so kids had a great time cooling off with the other kids that were there.

Pros. I loved the grounds and location. The rooms were comfortable and quiet.
Cons. I did not like the approach of the Disney team when they found out the room was booked through other than Disney, they penalize you and are actually a bit rude in their approach. For example, it is said you can participate in a Disney Dining Plan option when you stay at a Disney resort hotel. However, they do not allow that if you stay at a Disney resort hotel booked through a non-Disney site. Of course, the Disney site is general sold out long before non-Disney sites. I suspect they penalize you in other ways, also (e.g. less desirable rooms, etc.)
Pros. Beautiful hotel grounds, nice room, double sink at bathroom, quiet room, was pretty close to the parks, nice pools, good variety of choices at the food court dining hall, and a nice large gift shop with convenience store goods, too. Bus stop area at the hotel had accurate time arrivals posted on the monitor. Bus and luggage services provided by Disney Magical Express from the airport and back to the airport were wonderful. Wristbands made food purchases and park admission so much easier.
Cons. Bus service leaving the theme parks to get to another park or back to the hotel were always long waits and buses were very crowded. Boat ride service from hotel to Disney Springs was a long wait. Need more personnel for the slow purse and bag searches at each park entrance and for food purchases.
Pros. We enjoyed our stay. There were few times where Brazilian guests were up late in the pool chanting and having parties which is difficult if you are trying to sleep. Some of the staff especially in the food court did not want to be there and showed it at times with their attitudes. Housekeeping never made sure we had a room occupied sign so there was a concern our sleep would be disrupted at any time.
Cons. The room was clean. Check-in was easy thanks to the app. The theme of the resort was relaxing during the day. Plenty of pillows. The beds seemed a little too soft but depending on the person could be great. It was nice having a fridge in the room but it was turned too low when we arrived. No microwave so there was no way of hearing up whatever leftover was in the fridge.
Pros. Without a doubt the best attribute of this hotel is quiet! We love how spread out and green the grounds are. Staff was great. Disney perks.

Pros. The room was very nice, very clean. The Disney feel is amazing. It is very nice getting to and from the airport. The hotel provides a bus called the Disney Express.
Cons. The bed is lumpy and feels old. You could roll over and keep rolling over because you rolled down the dip in the mattress. The bus system with this hotel is very poor. Our first day, we went to Hollywood Studios, it took 30 mins to get picked up by the bus to go back to the hotel at the end of the day. We saw perhaps every other hotel have 2 or 3 buses go by. The day after, it took almost an hour from the time we left the room, to the time we got to epcot.
