Pros:My fiancé & I stayed here 3 nights & we loved that it was quiet & had a pretty good view of the hillside across the lake. It was very close to the village shops & restaurants & practically just off the highway. The rooms were quaint & clean & the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were almost like small studio apartments. The family that runs the place were very courteous & if you needed them the office was steps away. It's perfect if you plan on staying a few nights or just passing through town, but for extended stays I'd say shell out the extra cash & stay at a bigger chain.
Cons:Just some minimal things. Parking was difficult as the Inn is on a hill so be sure your emergency brake is functional, plus if there's more than 4 cars parked at the Inn the driveway can become very narrow. They only provide towels for the bathrooms & not for the pool (luckily they tell you that over the phone), & only 2 bars of soap were provided at the sink (1 for hands & 1 for face) no soap or shampoo for the shower. At least there's a Rite Aid about 5 minutes away for such items. I'd have to say my biggest gripe was the A/C. The room is fairly large (probably 20'x30' split into 3 rooms) and the A/C unit was barely 5000BTUs which would only have range enough to cover the small bedroom in which it's located. We would have to turn on the A/C & go out for several hours just to have the entire room cooled off & it was just barely sufficient for 75-80 degree night.
