This family-run guest house is located in Waal, surrounded by scenic Alpine countryside in the Allgäu region. Gasthaus zur Post offers free WiFi, a country-style lounge and a beautiful beer garden. Rooms at Gasthaus zur Post Waal are traditionally decorated with wooden furniture. Every room includes a desk, wardrobe, flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. A full breakfast buffet is provided each morning in the country-style lounge or on the terrace. A selection of regional Swabian and Bavarian dishes are also served. Rental bikes are available at the hotel for exploring the Ostallgäu (Eastern Allgäu) region. Gasthaus zur Post is also an ideal base for motorbike tours to Switzerland, Austria and Italy. On-site parking is free, and the A96 motorway is 5 minutes away.
