Cons (-) Public areas like the hallways and entrance were littered with cigarette butts, wrappers, random garbage, needed vacuuming desperately. Breakfast bar lacked basic items like milk. How does this hotel have such a high rating

Cons (-) Things were literally falling apart. The shower head was pulled from the wall. The heat went was taken a part & the pieces left on the floor

The breakfast area was very dirty at 4:00 pm and had not been cleaned from the morning. The hallways were dirty. It was a very disappointing stay.
