Pros:
Dakota Watts called us the morning of our rental pick up to tell us they did not have our truck. I told him they need to get us 2 vehicles that would get us to Steamboat that would fit 8 with ski gear. He gave us 2 vans- instead of the car and truck we reserved and made arrangements to trade in van for truck at Steamboat. And then when our flight in Laramie was delayed on the return he made arrangements for truck drop off in Denver at no cost and we got home on time nothn10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I did not even get to rent the car. Was told that the car couldn't be picked up till 12pm, got there at 1pm and the sign said it closed at 12pm. This is after having to drive 2 hrs out of the mountains just to turn around and drive back9.6 Wonderful

Cons:
Before dropping off to DIA, we went to fill up with fuel- we couldn't locate the switch. We should have looked ahead but we were in a hurry. Maybe, just a friendly suggestion- showing customers that feature ahead during car review would save frustration at that high pressure moment:)6.8 Okay

Pros:
Price was what was predicted. The staff was very professional, but had to call them twice to get the final invoice.Cons:
Normally, the representative from Enterprise brings the car to the airport and paperwork is completed there. But due to a computer failure, we had to go to the Enterprise office. This added nearly an hour to the process.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Car ran well.Cons:
Took FOREVER To get the car rented at the airport in Cheyenne, WY. System would not process my credit card. Had to run it again. There was only one person at the airport and there was a fella in front of me who had similar credit card issues. It took an hour from the time I got there and when I drove out with the car. Get your system fixed. The attendant was very polite and tried is best to get things moving faster. He must have to enter a lot of stuff or his side had system issues too.9.6 Wonderful

Pros:
I arrived at the rental counter at Cheyenne airport to find a sign with a number to call for help. I called the number and spoke to a woman who was actually in a room behind the counter. The woman said someone would be there shortly then she came out of the room and told us she couldn't help us we hCons:
I don't recommend renting the Toyota Carolla. I am under 6 ft and the mirror is below eye level, so I spent my whole trip ducking under the mirror to see anything on the right side of the car5.2 Fair

Pros:
I got a Toyota Sienna instead of the Nissan Quest. Picking up the van was quick and easy.Cons:
Cleanliness; when I picked up the van, it had a strange odor. After looking around and moving the seats, I found some uneaten chicken nuggets and ketchup under the seats. I took the van home and clean out the inside before going to pick up my visiting family from the airport.9.2 Wonderful
