every thing was good, food could be better, nice weather, very kind, polite and helpful stuff. room cleaning was terrible the same towels for all days, don`t know how to clean the floor, problems with english language.

the bungalos are good,in a exellant location-near to the center and in fact in the see side. the furnitures was not very good, I think it will be better to change some of them.

The Food was fantastic and very good value for money, so was the evening entertainment While the hotel is very new, the bath had rust in it which was very off putting so I kept covering it with a towel and the washing line outside was broken which was very unsightly

The food at dinertime was often cold. The employees weren't aware of each others ways of working. For example. The emloyees in the bar didn't know where you can get your towels?

Located near centre and beaches Very poor service level provided, having in mind you're staying in a 5 * hotel. Amongst other complaints : NO heating, Internet not working, Staff not speaking good english, no service provided at the reception, not fresh Breakfast Buffet. There are other Hotels with less stars in the same location doing much better and for 1/3 of the price. Not a very good experience, unfortunately.

Excellent room size,very clean,excellent staff and fantastic location Very quiet,not any organised activities,no pool table as described.

Location was good.Pool was very nice. Stayed at the villa, but internet connection was not working while we were staying. Cleanliness was very poor. Washer was not working when we checked-in. Hotel fixed it promptly.

It was not what you could call a 5 star hotel in my eyes, but was good value for money

The courtesy bus was a bonus and added to the value and enjoyment of the holiday Broken clothes line reported but was not repaired .Wet towels and togs had to be dried draped over balcony chairs.

Staff very friendly and helpful

Location. It is very reasonable to stay in this hotel if you plan to relax on the beach or do some trips to both ways (north and south) of island. Good transport connection to capital, plenty shops and pubs. No disco or night club.

Big clean room. Hotel is right on the beach. Poor buffet breakfast, noisy rooms, uncomfortable beds. Lack of "a la carte" restaurant. It was not four stars hotel, max. tree stars services and facilities.

Nice Hotel, clean and new. The rock and black sand beach in front of the hotel is ok, but a small drive and you've got white sand and endless miles of beach.

The room is very nice with a very comfortable bed, bathroom and balcony. There is a big photo wall including light of a view of Fuerteventure which gives the room something special and local. I paid at the hotel only Eur 6.00 a day extra for all inclusive. The buffets are very good. Good quality wines. Friendly waiters and receptionists. Unfortunality there are only 5 tables outside for the breakfast. There are many tables more on the terrace but as soon as somebody is sitting there, a waiter of the hotel comes and tell them to go inside as these tables they don't want to use for breakfast. A lot of people were disappointed as the reason (especially in January) they go to Fuerteventura is the climate and breakfast in the sun!

That the rooms were not cleaned until later in the day so you did not have to rush out in the morning I thought the staff were particularly rude, and the food at breakfast time was awful. The sausages and eggs were cold, the bacon was simply streaks of fat.

Very friendly staff, good price for good quality. There's no beach and very little shopping around but there is a free shuttle to Caleta and public transport is very cheap. Even taxis are quite cheap

The hotel room was a roomy one with fainted equipments. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate once the dinner which was average level, nothing too good, nothing too bad. Pool area was large and well maintained. I think this hotel is ideal for families.
