Cons (-) Would have liked more dining options, but understandable considering current situation. Not enough staff out front at check in time, but they were very helpful. Also, understandable.

Pros (+) The location for this property is underrated. Great location! Easy access to the strip. Easy access to Miracle Mile Shops. Bummer the roof top bar was shut down due to the high winds.
Cons (-) Pretty awesome stay and location!!! Only critique would be the front when entering. The street leading up to the front of the property is a bit chaotic and could benefit from a traffic cop presence to help facilitate the madness.

We were only a block away from the strip, and our room offered so much more Then the traditional rooms on the strip. Pros (+) Great accommodation, Great staff at check in, valet & porters Pools on 5th floor & roof a very nice touch.
Cons (-) Concierge staff were not very helpful. Mae in particular was rude & not at all helpful. Only critical comment re the suite, carpet badly worn.
