Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently appreciated the hotel's convenient location, easy access to highways, and the variety of amenities such as restaurants, casino, and entertainment options. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness in rooms and public areas, uncomfortable beds, unfriendly or unhelpful staff, and frequent problems with the elevators. While some guests found the rooms clean and comfortable, negative experiences with maintenance, smoke odors, and service were common. Overall, the location and amenities stood out positively, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and facilities.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Positive- The room was clean. Negative- The bed only came up to my knees. The toilet was so close to the sink you can’t help but hit your arm on the 2” ledge protruding from the sink as you try to reach behind yourself to grab some toilet paper. And my room was hot, even with the thermostat set to 68 with the fan on. Sorry, but this room was not worth the price I paid.
Pros (+) Movie theater...Bowling alley...Kids Quest if you need to drop off the kids...Gambling and plenty of places to eat
Pros (+) Sante Fe Casino is on the edge of Vegas. Easy to get to from the airport and a good launching point for points north of Vegas. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Abundant parking. Casino looked like the interior of any other casino, just a little more run down. Room was big,.clean, and comfortable (albeit a little worn). Given how little I paid for my room, it was more than fine.
Cons (-) The place is just a little run down and retains the sadness of a casino (people staring blank faced into slot machines).
Pros (+) The staff was rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't give me a room twice. We use to go there a lot yet not anymore. Just drive another 15 minutes down to Freemont. Got a room at the Nugget!
Cons (-) Wouldn't give me a room. Told me they were sold out and they weren't!
