Cons:Someone had taken a shower in my room and it hadn't been cleaned up afterwards.

Cons:There was no dresser, the bed was like cardboard, they literally had a power strip on the floor to get power to the lamp, the hallway wreaked of pot, it was in a very shady part of town, the parking lot was a joke, and it was $100! Never stay here

Pros:Not much to like about this place.
Cons:Stayed here while moving across the country. We had all of our belongings in a Uhaul trailer. We made our reservation online without problems and was surprised by the low rate because it was Easter weekend. $85 dollars seemed like a steel since most other places where charging $150+. We got what we paid for: 1-The walls are very thin, you will hear every word spoken in the next room as well as those above and below you. 2-The room was moderately clean except the bathroom where there was mold in the shower. 3-Don't expect to get much sleep in this motel because the beds squeak a lot and you will defiantly hear the neighbors when they toss and turn. 4-The television volume would not go up very high and the Wi-Fi was not working. 5-The parking was lot full of people begging for change who seemed to hang out all night making me nervous about my vehicle and belongings. I will defiantly not be staying there again.

Cons:Definitely the worse transaction I've had thru kayak. When I arrived there I was welcomed with the 150$ (aka additional fees) according to the Super 8. Irritated by the surprise since #1. It's the super 8 not an upscale casino hotel or lot even remotely worth it. So I called kayak.com explained it to the representative that DEPOSIT was not on the confirmation email wth?! Surprisngly for once he rep agreed , apologized and said he's help find somewhere else with no deposit. Great! Or so I thought.... Not thinking about the fact it's Friday in Las Vegas I sat on hold for 45mins. After forever he comes back on the line and says ok we found a place... 10miles away another Super 8 in Nellis. So I have to pay 40$ + for a cab to not spend 150$ then placing myself miles away from everything I came for...No not going to work! So he says ooo I'm srry idk what else we can do. Upset from standing around for an hr I say WHATEVER finally and go into make my reseversations. Then Ms.Irma the desk supervisor! Tells me O no we canceled your reservations as soon as the rep told us to the $ will be back on your card in 3-5 business days. Seriously?! So now do I not only have a room 175$ in floating in credit limbo until it deposits! Pissed, I call the customer service like back. Of course I get some different guy who now can't even find the reservation with the confirmation #. I lose my cool after 15 more mins of idiots on the phone and an 100$ Credit offer and I ask to speak to a supervisor. Mysteriously she finds my transaction calls the Super 8 and my reservations are reinstated and Ms.Irma has recharged my card (without my card info she previously needed the first time I came in according to HER) and she acted like it never happened. 2hrs of BS for their mistake. It now Tuesday I haven't seen any refund from either parties. The rooms wifi was completely DOWN for 2 out of the 3 nights. The only thing close were wedding chapels and homeless people. It was an upset! The only thing saving this place was it was pretty dang clean for a hole in the wall!
