Front of House staff (Hotel) we're all very pleasant and professional, Bartenders are rock start too, I gambled for 8-10 hours over 2 days, I played 3 card poker, as I observed the entire time, I noticed that the dealers would pay out the same bets and same winning hand very inconsistently, at first I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but as I started to listen when they were speaking in Spanish...

We tried to check in early at 9:45 a.m., desk clerk let us check in and told us as soon as our room was ready we would get a text so we went to the casino and hung out about an hour and a half later or 11:00 I went back up the desk and met a different desk clerk who mentioned that my timing was perfect that my room had just been cleared this was our first time at this hotel great place great locat...

Pros (+) Location was great
Cons (-) Our toilet broke twice while we were there. First time I requested a new room to avoid this. They sent technicians up to fix it and they did fix it... but it did the same thing again the next night at 1am. Techs dame up and ended up replacing a part. I would have preferred to just move rooms the first time, but the customer service re said they have to have a tech come up and check it out first......

Pros (+) All staff was helpful and courteous. We had a great time!
Cons (-) Everything was wonderful. If I had to complain about anything, I would say that there was some street noise until quite late, but the hotel couldn't help that.

Pros (+) The location is perfect for a couple of days in downtown Las Vegas. The hotel pool was nice though it does need shade and it should stay open past 7 PM.
Cons (-) The showers seem to have mildew. The carpets turned to the bottoms of my white socks nearly black. In the past year it seems that housekeeping does not do as attentive a job as my last visit. They were hand and butt imprints on the window from the last guest.
