The room was perfect set up. The resort grounds were amazing with the palm trees, lazy river, drink stations, etc
It was great!
It was family friendly
They never cleaned our room. They said they will only clean if you stay 7 days and we were there for 4 days. Never cleaned the pool and you could see roaches floating. We paid so much money for the lack of cleanliness. Our towels were never changed and it took us two days of nagging to get clean towels. I would never stay there again.
Large rooms with good features.
A little expensive The steamer thing squeals and I couldn’t figure out how to do a normal hot shower.
Beautiful, clean, spacious apartments! Wonderful!
Location and great comfort
Not much to dislike, however we found trash (used q-tip, bandaid wrapper, hair and a handy wipe on bathroom floor when we checked in). Other than that, it was great
Relaxing Resort but don't expect Food service at pool
Pool and beach area are perfect for kids. Lazy river was fun and loved the free actives for kids at Tower 5.
Lack of Food Delivery to Pool Guests. I walked over to bar and they were not selling food. My only option was to take my son out of the pool, walk to restaurant, order, sit back down, get son out of pool, and walk back over. You are better than this.
We will be back!!
They make it very hard to leave! We loved everything!
The beds were hard, just a preference thing.
wifi was very slow
The hotel is awesome great location if you don't want to stay at the strip but close enough where you're only 5 mins away! Would 100% recommend it to people!
Pool. Plenty of chairs. Lazy river
Pressure to take the promo tour and if you didn't take it you were treated differently. I don't like that they only clean your room every four days!! Maybe every other would be fine. And if you do want it cleand you are charged!
Price, easy parking as opposed to hotels closer to the strip, hassle free, clean, quiet, and relaxing.
Clean rooms, comfy beds. Loved the pool and lazy river!
Check the lock on the door to the adjoining room, ours was not locked all the way and some girls came into our room at 4:30 in the morning.
The hot tub and pool though it was cool to swim.
No daily maid service
The place was very clean. All furnishings and trappings were of good quality material. I seldom saw staff, but when I needed help, there was always someone available.
your gym and spa facitlites were third world, absolutely a joke. check it out yourself, equipment from the dark ages , sanna needs remodel
the gym and spa
Very clean, comfortable. Most of the staff very friendly. Not on the strip and away from the flashing lights and noise, but still with the convenience of the regular half-hourly shuttle buses into the strip as required. Within walking distance to one of the outlet malls. Beautiful pools - kids loved the lazy river. Would definitely stay here again.
No room service the whole time were were there, wasn't a big deal, but just wasn't aware of this when I booked. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Also, when I booked online I had said that there were three of us, but the room we had only had one King Size bed - I had assumed it would be two queen beds. Again, not a huge issue. There was a sofa bed, but they're never very comfortable, especially for 4 nights! Next time, I would just clarify before booking that particular room.
Good for families specially if you want to keep your kids away from the Casinos.
Internet which is so conveniently available in the cheapest of hotels these days, is a big hassle here. One has to rent a modem from a particular Dept during specific and limited hours and is issued against a cash deposit of $50
very nice hotel and staff, very clean suite, very beautiful pool, air conditionning a little noisy
Very comfortable, excellent room, good value for the money. I recommend it.
Down at the far end of 'The Strip'. If you stay here, you should rent a car, because their is no service to the airport, and service to "the Strip" is difficult. You can park the car at most hotels on the strip for free.
The pool area is wonderful.
Early check out time of 10:00am that can not be changed or extended.
Front desk staff was not as profesional as a five star rating facility. Ice machine was out of order for a long period of time.
nice hotel, fair value for money
