Great hotel in Vegas
I like that it’s a nice hotel with great customer service. Good location and calm atmosphere can’t be beat!
Surprise $36 "resort fee" at checkout.
Clean, basic hotel. Not bad overall.
Hidden fees. At checkout they charge you a surprise $36 "resort fee"
High-end feel at a great value
Very clean, nice finishes, very friendly staff and the spa was first class!
Good hotel free of tobacco smell BUT be careful with "Amenities Fee"
The building smells really good, they have a Starbucks right in the reception. Bed was comfortable and their shampoo/soap products are really good. Super quiet area that is 7 min walking distance from the strip. Very convenient if you want to sleep in a place that doesn't have the tobacco smell from casinos.
THEY CHARGED US $50 FOR "AMENITIES FEES" at the checkout. It is outrageous that they charged for a spa and a gym that I never used.I went to the Rock n Roll half marathon, I just needed a room where I could sleep and rest. Westin was a sponsor of the race and it was VERY VERY disappointing that they don't include the fees from the beginning. Wrong marketing move. -The Starbucks doesn't have oven nor toaster so they don't offer warm breakfast.
Great rooms, kind of small but very comfortable. Nice outdoor pool.
Nothing, it was great!
Great hotel for a simple stay
It was quite and easy to find Parking. Located not too far from anything. Clean room. Price was great. Staff was very helpful. Had a nice view of the carousel!
Lack a casino and food option is limited within the hotel. Bathroom tub had a tiny bit of rust and the shampoo, lotion, and body wash was not that great. So I would recommend bringing your own.
Okay for the price and location
Close to the strip. Parking onsite.
This is not a 4 star hotel. A little dated. Waited in line for awhile to check in and out. Casino was small and there weren't many people there. No refrigerator in room.
The Westin - excellent location, reasonably priced
We've stayed at the Westin on numerous occasions and we keep going back because the beds are super comfy, close to the strip-yet far from the crowds, and the prices are usually reasonable. Also, as SPG members we earn points, which can be used to stay at other participating Westin locations.
The craps table is only open from Thursday through Sunday evening.
Ok if you want to stay off the strip
Location Bar was nice
Check in...employee was very inexperienced. The clerk did not know about the SPG members upgrade. Told us no such floor. Also did tell us about the green program Parkade a nightmare....elevators I poor condition.
I was charged
I was charged resort fee of $17 a night plus tax. This is such a rip off as every hotel has a gym and wifi as standard. The grout on the bathtub needs to be fixed.
Customer Service Not friendly and accommodating.. Also room has thin walls and average rooms
Called a third party booking
Hotel was quite comfortable for being off the strip, casino really small, liked that it was non smoking
The staff and their attitude. Since I was an SPG member but didn't book directly thru SPG, was told I wouldn't get my membership Points. Was also told since it was a 3rd party booking that I wouldn't get the room that I thought I was booking. I paid an extra fee to book a king size suite, staff told me that usually we get the standard room which had 2 double beds. I showed him reservation that showed a king size bed and he finally changed his tune and accommodated us. Being a SPG member apparently got us nothing since I didn't book they them personally!
