Cons: There is nothing bad I can say about are stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived three hours early and just wanted to be sure we were at the right B&B. Jeff was most welcoming and pleasant. He proceeded to tell us about the inn and took us to our room. The room was large and found the bed most comfortable providing us a good night sleep. Although the bathroom is shared, it was large and exceptionally clean and well stocked with bath necessities. Great choices for breakfast, cooked up by Chris; be sure to bring your appetite. As for the demographics, it was very close to the main city area and all we planned to visit. Just perfect.
Cons: The walkway was a bit slippery, due to the time of year with the snow and ice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was delicious and I liked you had a choice

Pros: Chris is an excellent host. Very thoughtful and organized. His stuffed French toast were the best ever! The rooms were spacious and the price was very inexpensive.
Cons: Tons of loud road noise. Really drove my husband crazy. We were in front room face just feet away from the zooming fast traffic. Less at night but starts back early in the morning.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our host was amazing. It was quiet weekend in the Oneonta area and we were the only guests that evening. He provided us with plenty of information about area activities, dining options, etc.. Chris made us a fabulous breakfast. Our room was super comfortable and clean. A home run all around.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The stuffed french toast was the best thing I've ever had honestly. I went to Culinary school and was just blown away by it. The room I stayed in was cozy and reminded me of home. It was home away from home. The staff were beyond friendly and the cat was just the cutest thing.
Cons: I truly have no bad reviews.

7.5 Good
Pros: The innkeepers were so friendly, welcoming, and kind. As a gay couple, this never goes unnoticed and always appreciated. The bathrooms and common areas were clean. And breakfast was tasty. Despite minor criticisms, it was a lovely place to stay.
Cons: Although the room did not appear dirty, the grey knit sheets and dated bedspread did not feel clean, fresh, and inviting. Additionally, our room’s bed was made up of two twin beds pushed next to each other with a single mattress topper over both. Twin sized beds are short and as an average sized person, my feet banged into the footboard and/or rested over them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The atmosphere was charming and relaxing.
Cons: I don't really have any complaints.
7.0 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast!!
Cons: Bed made sounds every time you move around and wifi too slow
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Owners were the most accommodating couple that i have ever dealt with. Everything was homey, inviting and invited you to stay longer....only wish i could have.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every contact with Matt and Cameron was positive, both before and during our stay. We enjoyed the people, the food, the hospitality and the warm welcome feeling of the entire week. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!
Cons: The only thing that could have been improved was the wifi signal. The area has very low cellular connectivity and the wifi helped, but not sure if it could be made any stronger.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice property and good people.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable with a cozy comforter. Breakfast was even better with the service with a smile
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Food was great, people were all nice! Bed was comfy!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Pancakes amazing, rooms charming, owners went above and beyond
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was clean and breakfast was delicious (homemade and fresh). The home is old, but very well taken care of. The decor was done in great taste and there was great attention to all the little details. Loved that you could help yourself to coffee/snacks any time of the day. I also liked that they provided free bottles of water. The owners were very kind and personable. We would definitely go back if we are ever in the area again.
Cons: My king bed was a bit lopsided, but otherwise clean. Thank goodness I slept in it alone, so I could just stay on one side. My daughter was bummed that the house wasn’t haunted.

Pros: EXTREMELY CLEAN, neat pool and surroundings, complimentary all day hot coffee, AMAZING BREAKFAST!

Pros: Everything, the staff especially were top shelf. What a wonderful surprise to find because of the commencement at a local college there were bonus meals and snacks, and staff made sure we felt at ease to take part. Friendly smiling faces from the desk clerks to the room staff. Five star treatment
Cons: the doors to the rooms slammed loudly only complaint
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient location and comfortable stay.
Cons: Our overall stay was great. Only negative were the soft, tilted mattresses on both beds. Would have preferred firmer mattresses for a more comfortable sleep.

Cons: Perfect
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean & spacious rooms. Staff were all excellent & very professional.
6.0 Good
Pros: Great Breakfast selection and the food was good, beds were comfortable, showers were clean.
Cons: There was a teenage birthday party going on one of the nights and the hotel was very loud (11:30 pm), had to complain 3 times. No supervision, but not necessary the hotel's fault. Changed rooms the second night and very quiet. Overall a great hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Comfort
Cons: Nothing it was a great hotel clean, frr
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The variety at breakfast
5.5 Okay
Pros: Convenient location and laundry
Cons: I had an accident in my room and the interior door was damaged. I agreed to pay to repair and my credit card was charged as I agreed, however, the next day the manager charged me an additional fee and stated she did not agree with original charge. When I asked her why she would charge my credit card without my authorization she denied it. It was terrible and illegal not to mention unprofessional. The manager on staff was Hope. She basically lied. It was terrible. I had to contact Amex and throw the additional charge into dispute.
10.0 Excellent

6.0 Good
Pros: convenient location and newly built
Cons: distracted front desk personnel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service! Friendly staff!
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Grout dirty in bathtub area. Needs to be bleached ,
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hot tub, fitness area. Lobby and La Bristol area. Laundry machines available. Closeness to the other businesses.
Cons: Bath tub was slippery. I almost slipped once and then slid into the tub from the sitting position.
4.3 Okay
Cons: This hotel was a big disappointment. We stayed here after a long day at the Baseball Hall of Fame. Looking forward to pool and hot tub - pool area was very dirty and hot tub was cold and filthy. Pooldeck gross and towels laying around everywhere. We were told someone shut the hot tub off and it would be awhile before it came to back to temperature. So an employee came in and turned on the hot tub again but did not seem to notice or care or send anyone back in to clean up the mess that was in the area. The water was so dirty in the hot tub that we were glad it had been shut off so we could see how dirty the water was and not get in. The pool is tiny and our child and another child basically barely had enough room to swim. Our room was ok - however tub had hair in it and had not been cleaned. Because it was 10 pm I rinsed it out so we could just shower and go to bed as changing rooms at that point would have been too much. I reached for a folded towel after my shower to unfold it and find it dirty! Awful. Had to call down to desk for clean towel. Housekeeping should change out all towels. We stayed at a hotel 1/2 the cost of this one in Lake George for 4 nights prior and it was immaculate. So needless to say not a good way to end our vacation. Went down to lobby in morning to check out and staff did not ask me about our stay or if everything went well and that our card had already been charged. Never again Marriott! Stay somewhere else if you are looking for a nice pool and hot tub or cleanliness!
5.4 Okay
Pros: The food at The Bistro was delicious.
Cons: It was extremely overpriced for what you got. The elevator doors would ring every time they opened and closed and it was the most obnoxious sound.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very polite and helpful.
Cons: The carpet, in the room had stains on it. The bed skirt had stains. The floor towel had some kind of stain. And the Bistro......what a freakin' joke. $12 for a pre-cooked hamburger that is heated up in a warmer. Please drop the name bistro. This was more a glorified 7-11 with a microwave. And to charge your guests for crappy Starbucks coffee.........all about making money and not keeping your guests happy. Thank GOD you have hired some good personal, they are what made the stay enjoyable.
5.5 Okay
Cons: Priced way out of line with facilities.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, well decorated, plenty of plugs for electronics
6.3 Good
Cons: Very loud. I got woken up at midnight from the people upstairs. Seemed like they were running circles around the room. I called the front desk and complained about the noise. An hour went by and it was still very loud. Ear plugs did not work. I called the front desk again and requested a room change at 1:30am which I got. How inconvenient. They moved my room to the top floor in a corner. This morning I was awoken by the family next door and their very loud children. The walls here are paper thin. I will not be coming back here next time I need to travel up to Oneonta. Sleep is very important and every time I have been here (3 times), it has been interrupted. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. Good location off the highway to everything you may need from food, to gas to shopping. But, I’ll book at the Quality inn down the road next time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, location, staff
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was good, with some walking distance locations to eat.
Cons: The fact that you could smell dogs had been in the hallway. It was BAD, wet dog smell.

Pros: Staff were extremely helpful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: When we first booked our stay all King rooms were booked. We emailed and asked if a King became available to please change our reservation to a King. We immediately received a kind reply stating no Kings available at that time. Much to our surprise, when we entered our room, they had switched us to a King with a pool view. Our free breakfast was amazing! Great eggs, baked ham, breakfast potatoes, waffles, pastries, and so much more. We were also struggling with getting our Firestick to work, so the manager graciously offered to come and take a look. He had it up and running in no time. I would highly recommend this particular Quality Inn to any and everyone coming to watch baseball at Cooperstown. We were able to get to our grandson’s games on time with only a 20-25 minute drive. We would definitely stay at the Quality Inn in Oneonta, NY.
Cons: I honestly can’t think of anything we didn’t like. Our room was cleaned everyday. We always had fresh towels, and freshly brewed coffee was available 24/7.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room and the bed were very comfortable once I got the temp right. Room service was good.
Cons: Breakfast was acceptable but not great because there were few choices and only waffles as a hot item. Fruit choices were slim. Rollaway bed was terrible. Door closure needs adjustment as it always slammed even when I held on to it. Second floor hallway carpet is a SAFETY hazard.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: It was close to the destination that we needed

5.5 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: There was a flashing light that went all night. There were several loud noises outside the door of shouting obscenities, pounding on doors, throwing things that lasted all night. It was impossible to sleep. We found dead bugs on the floor. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner made more noise than cool air. It didn’t cool at all which made the room uncomfortable hot.
5.0 Okay
Pros: I like the convenience of the location.I haven't had a problem when trying to book a room when I want to travel there.
Cons: I honestly believe this hotel has gone downhill over the years we have been going there. The staff isn't as friendly and the rooms need a major overhaul updating.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: The list is too long to share here.... This place is the worst place I've ever stayed. The first room had a bathroom door held up by just one hinge. The floor was so dirty my wife's feet were dirtier walking around after a shower than when she got in the shower. The beds are small and uncomfortable. There are days that they don't have housekeeping. No clean towels or wash cloths. No clean bedding, empty waste bins, replacement toiletries, etc. j h LaRoche

Pros: Cleaning Staff
Cons: Somewhat out dated
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location surroundings were nice, right next to a lake.
Cons: Bed was very hard. Furnishings dirty and very dated. Air conditioner is from the 70’s, so had shut it down every day to keep it from freezing over and not operating properly. Could be a really great place with updates and sprucing up.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location was good for my visit to a local baseball tournament. Very friendly staff. Room was "worn" but generally clean. Grateful for the early check-in afforded to me.
Cons: Hotel was once a Lake Resort, lacks curb appeal. A dilapidated tennis court sits in the rear of the building, very unsightly. Stained carpeting in the room and in Halls and lobby. Overpriced. Needs a little TLC (new carpeting).
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was in the lobby and was cereal and milk, bagels, and coffee. There was also fruit.
Cons: Hotel is old and could use some updating. But was good value for our stay.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Very disappointed. Hotel should be knocked down. Dirty everything
Cons: We did not like this hotel. Very old dirty furniture
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: I did not like that the hotel receptionist did not speak very well English, nor did he understand English very well. I did not like people outside our room until 2am. When we left early in the morning the front desk was closed, so I left the key where they can find it. The receptionist insisted when I arrived that I should have called the hotel directly, yet it took me four times to call, before someone finally answered the phone. Then he claimed he didn't receive the key, until I insisted where I left it. No apologies, just a "YES YES, got key!". Very unprofessional.

6.3 Good
Pros: The room was sufficient. Was close to CASV. Does not look appealing from the outside, but the room was ok. Had a microwave and fridge. Somewhat updated. You get what you pay for....nothing more, nothing less.
6.8 Good
Cons: The bathtub/shower is an accident waiting to happen. There are no grab bars inside the tub area. I'm tall and can hang onto the shower rod when moving about, but most others are left with nothing to grab on to.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: easy access. quiet. restaurant on premises, so I didn't need to go seeking a place to eat, although, a couple others nearby were mentioned.
Cons: no
2.5 Mediocre

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The place was very dirty. The office was never opened when we went there and the keys never worked.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Plenty of parking because it was empty
Cons: Room smelled moldy especially Bathroom,TV didn't work, No internet Service, Finish of bathtub leaving in large sheets, Have to run water for 2-3 mins before hot water is available, long black hair in bathtub (not ours), noisy HVAC unit, beds not comfy..
4.5 Okay
Pros: It was located across from a great steak house.
Cons: It was very outdated, peeling paint on the bathroom door that didn’t lock. Tile & bath tub was old & dirty. Room door did not have a security lock. The tv remote only shut off the cable, not the tv. Had to sleep with a blue glow all night. 1 star motel at a 5 star price, inflated due Baseball Hall of Fame inductions (HoF was over 20 miles away).
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: I liked that it was a short ride to the baseball park also there was a great steak restaurant across the street and local stores near by
Cons: The room had a moldy smell that would not go away. I found other peoples hair on the towels. The maids would only take out the trash and put new towels no cleaning what so ever. I felt a little unsafe there were a few people that looked skecty living there. The Chinese restaurant smelled really bad it turned my stomach
6.0 Good
Pros: price, a good $100 less than other local hotels, staff, very pleasant and helpful, location - less than 5 min to both local colleges.
Cons: When first arriving and seeing the parking lot, you wonder what king of place did I book. Once you get past that, it's not bad at all.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Convenience of parking right by the room. Manageable drive to the Baseball Hall of Fame (35 minutes). Plenty of room for two with the 2 double-beds. Nice-size TV.
Cons: Had to wait a while to be checked in. But it was very hot and the staff person was waiting in his truck outside the office in the A/C to stay cool until he finally saw us. No facilities like a pool, game room, etc. to speak of. It’s just a motel. There is an adjoining Chinese buffet restaurant, but it is not up to reasonable standards. In the other hand, there are very good options around Oneonta like Brooks’ House of BBQ, Taste of Thai and Pizza 23 West — or fast food like McDonald’s, Dairy Queen, and so on.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Not fancy. Just suitable.
Cons: Soap bars tiny. Bring your own
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location - it was very close to Cooperstown All Star Village
Cons: The air conditioning didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work, the shower drain was clogged, the bathroom smelled like urine, and it was not kept up well.
