I heard next door talk and doors closeing. And we had to walk a long ways form one place to the other.
Very comfortable. No fridge or microwave in room if your into that. WiFi was spotty. The room itself was very nice!
Room was clean and the registration desk staff was very courteous. Didn't interact with any other personnel. The long walk from the hotel to the casino. I am handicapped, but can walk but the we were given the last room at the end of the hallway. So we had to walk the entire length of the hotel wing, through the atrium to get to elevators. Then the normal walk from the elevators into the casino. I took me about 20 minutes each time...very tiring and frustrating. They only had 1 person working registration desk at peak ck in time...but 2nd person came and then line moved very quickly.
The people staff where great the food was excellent The weather
From the concierge desk to checkout from the stay, the staff was amazing. Clean friendly and just awesomeness The only downside aw back was no fridge I. The room, but I didn't request one so could have been my fault
A good value.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time and would recommend the Marriott to anyone traveling through the Cincinnati area!
Comfortable, clean & modern. Very nice!
The room design is unique, spacious and most comfortable! My great nephew stayed with me and having 2 sinks in the room was a definite advantage! Beds are unbelievably comfortable! The breakfast that was included with the room rate was abundant and delicious! The route to this one from the main interstate is a little circuitous, but once I learned the route, it became much easier.
Breakfast was very good. House keeping doesn't clean the rooms. Thur Evening Check-in, floor wasn't vacuumed. Fri returned from an all day outing, bed not made, floor still not vacuumed, no dirty cups removed nor replaced with clean cups, no soap or shampoo/conditioner replaced. Sat evening returned from all day outing, floor vacuumed - YAY!, requested clean sheets - didn't happen, dirty ceramic coffee cup removed but still not given a clean cup. Sunday returned from all day outing - room cleaned - YAY! but the sheets were not changed - i left a very small safety pin, pinned to the sheets and all 4 pillow cases. At check-in I asked about coffee being available in the lobby at 4 AM - I was told coffee is always available. I had to leave at 4 AM on Monday morning and was told by the person on duty that coffee is never available until breakfast at 6 AM. That's fine, just don't lie. Since I let the front desk know on Fri evening that nothing was cleaned, I'm sure that is why I never got clean linens when I asked for them on Saturday. House Keeping staff definitely doesn't follow the hotel's rule of clean sheets every 3 days. Whenever I heard the name Hyatt, the words classy, respectable, quality came to mind. I'm very disappointed. I will never stay there again and I visit this area often. Looks like their competitors will get my business.
Very nice hotel. Great location, nice and clean with in the whole hotel. Nice clean bathroom, big comfortable bed., Nice and helpful staff. Located around shopping area within walking distance
The hotel was very clean and the king room was very spacious. The breakfast included hot items and there was a wide variety to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.
When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff and check in was fast and hassle free. The hotel was very clean and modern, as was our room. The bed was probably one of the best I've ever slept on, while traveling. Plenty of near by restaurants to choose from and easy access to the interstate. We were in town for a concert, and would definitely stay here again. Love this place!
Beautiful room, really comfortable bed, very helpful staff...I travel for work and this is the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. Breakfast offerings could be more diverse, (breakfast is free) but what was there tasted good. Other than that, this place really was great.
Liked overall appearance. Liked the split areas. Great accommodations. Very friendly professional staff. Clean. A/c was not sufficient for our liking. Not enough hot water for Sunday morning shower.
Friendly staff Close to airport Quiet
Our room and bathroom were clean. The staff was friendly. We were close to the airport. The price was great!
The room, overall was fine. Bed and pillows were good. Limited choice of tv channels. Major renovation in two wings of hotel. Continentel breakfast was weak. No meat and sausage gravy tasted weird.
The staff at Red Roof were very helpful and friendly, I was comfortable in my room And was clean. Some of the clientale were a little simple but nothing that you wouldn't have to deal With else where.
Great bed, cleanliness, convenience, staff very friendly. The breakfast area was very cramped, people bumping into each other. Weren't allowed to take breakfast back up to the room. Big paint scratches on the door jambs of the elevators. An easy 'fix' ... dont know why they dont take care of that. (Just my anal retentiveness I guess)
Very friendly staff
Great staff, nice room, conveniently located There was a slightly unpleasant odor in the bedding
Not bad for the price Ice machines long ways from room not on every floor
Staff were friendly, seemed a bit understaffed at times. Food was cold in morning they provide complimentary. Check-out was very fast and efficient. My room was pretty clean. Pricey for something very basic.
Spacious rooms. Indoor pool Room easily made very dark for sleep. The toiletries smelled really good. Like orange tic tacs. Fridge and microwave in room. The pillows were over-stuffed. Wish I had brought my own. Latest check-out available was noon, which is standard but I was doing overnight medical work in the area and could have used the extra sleep. No USB ports. Some hotels have them in the lamps or desk and is very useful for charging phone.
Our stay was great, the staff was very personable and friendly. We had a peaceful and quiet stay to help kick off our vacation. We wish we could've took our room with us because it was the best night we had on our week vacation.
Plenty of places to eat around town. Breakfast was great. Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor use their bathroom. Our neighbor apparently had a very small bladder and the sound from the flushing all night was extremely annoying. Also, the beds were pretty uncomfortable.
Clean, comforable, beautiful room. Big cherry doors on the shower and the toilet rooms. While it was the same old free breakfast menu they did it with top of the line ingredients. Name brand granola and Nutella. No fridge. It was between a horse track and a 4 lane road. Lots of noise if you have a room in the front with the road. It was in a peculiar place to find even with my GPS. Their signage is small. The one thing that bugged me was that they charged my card $20+ in advance for room breakage or for snacks. I didn't like this and it marred the whole visit.
When we returned to our room after the Reds game on Saturday night, it was very hot in the room. The air conditioner didn't seem to be working. I called the front desk and a lady came in to look at it. She did her best and was very apologetic, but could not get the air conditioner to work. She brought us a fan. When we awoke in the morning, we noticed the Wi-Fi wasn't working. We checked with the front desk and she confirmed it was not working. Then we went downstairs to have breakfast and found there was no coffee available. The help said it was being made. It was about 9 o'clock in the morning, so we found this surprising and disappointing. The breakfast bar was pretty weak compared to other hotels that I've stayed at. No fruit or yogurt was available. I travel extensively intend to stay mostly in Hilton properties. This hotel Who minded me more of a Holiday Inn, then a nice Hilton or Marriott property. I was somewhat disappointed that the lady at the front desk didn't offer me any kind of rate reduction after finding out the air conditioner was broken and couldn't be fixed. It was a beautiful room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to stay here again!
The room was so clean. And the staff was very helpful. The TV didn't work and they were ready to change rooms for me when I noticed the plug was loose probably from cleaning the room we were leaving early and made us fresh coffee right away
the pool and hot tub was great. My daughter loved the shampoo. The pull out bed was very thin and well used.
The breakfast selection was very poor and not well prepared. Also the fact that we had to wait an hour and a half for our room to be ready after we checked in.
Great breakfast. Nice beds. Friendly staff, We called ahead to make sure the pool hours were do-able (9:30 PM) and then planned accordingly. The pool was closing at 11 PM. Arrived at 10:10 and the kids had on their suits in the car. Pool closed at 10:00.same person that verified the closing hour earlier couldn't open the pool. "No one was swimming, so they closed the pool" Sad night for the kids Vacation highlight for the kids f fizzled.
Room was clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No dislikes.
Loved staying here. The room was nice and clean, and we got it for a great price. It was pretty close to the creation museum, which was why we stayed here. The guy at the front desk didn't give me much information. He basically told me where the elevators were and gave me my room keys. I didn't ask anything though, so it's not really that big of a deal.
Clean, close to airport and friendly staff Bathroom a little tired
Location and price were good. Staff was friendly. Room was old, several things in the room had damage from previous guests. Hot tub was lukewarm. Both my wife and I were allergic to something in the room. Maybe previous guest snuck a cat in?
The morning staff was friendly and helpful, the bed, the heater was much better than the one at the Days hotel we stayed at in buffalo. Quieter, more even. The shower was good
Staff at the front desk and Bistro were extremely friendly and helpful. They really enjoy their job which made my visit better!
Overall the hotel was great. Great price for a last minute trip. layout was up to date & had many great amenities. Arrival staff was fantastic The bathrooms could be more updated & cleaner; also day staff lacked customer service. I stood in line at their cafe for 10 mins until I finally walked away. I watched numerous employees look at me including the front desk service person and not a single one assisted me. I knew the cafe was open too !
The ease of getting off and on the interstate highway. Was right on the route we were taking for our trip. No resturants close to the motel.
location was good, hotel was clean. Staff was not very friendly. When checking in felt like we were bothering her.
Nothing Nearly everything, LaQinta so much better
It was in the tri-city area, so it was a convenient location to go to the Creation Museum in KY. The room was hot and humid when we got there, no one turned on the a/c to prepare the room. They gave us a smoking room although that wasn't found anywhere in our Email confirmation. Checkout is at 11 am, which seems really weird as most hotels checkout at 12 pm.
location near airport competiverates king size bed has blankets tucked in so they covered only about 4 feet of sleeping area of bed. Had to rip out tuck in each night in order to have blanket reach up to body shoulder areas. Looks nice but pathetic housekeeping detail!
Price and located near CVG airport (8 min.drive). I assumed that I purchased this hotel room at a discount price on kayak.com, but the couple ahead of us in line walked in off the street without a reservation and got the exact same accommodations for $6.00 less without any special discounts. The bathroom only had a area of 18 inches by 24 inches of open floor space. The noise from the highway was very prominent.
The sheets and bedding were clean and the room had fairly new carpet. The furniture met our needs and we felt safe and comfortable. We went cheap and didn't set super high expectations so it wasn't bad. There were some out of date features to this hotel the only thing good about the breakfast was the waffles. Also bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper as the freeway is pretty close.
Recalk the tub
Good location, ample parking. Lobby is clean and was recently remodeled. Guest rooms are dated. Hallways and stairs are dark and dated.
The room was comfortable for one night stay and convenient to the casino. I was charged twice for the room and was told it would be taken care of Monday morning and my self and my wife called the hotel several times the next few days and was told so many different things by the employees and until I got angry on the 4th day no one had ever let me talk to the manager. I was told that she was busy and I should call back or that she was gone and would be in tomorrow. My wife and do not travel very much (this trip was for our wedding anniversary) and we are afraid to use Kayak again.
The staff was friendly. Room was clean and tidy, also nice size. Breakfast was good.
Clean. Close to Perfect Noth. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Area around seemed a little rough.
The beds were wonderful, the rooms spacious. There were plenty of towels and overall the room was very comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was the next morning as I was blow-drying my hair, the electricity kept going off due to the fact that I and the person next door was both using blow dryers at the same time. I have never had that happen at a hotel and that was especially surprising for this type of hotel.
The restaraunt has decent food Our room smelled like mold and mildew. Disgusting.
Location Cost of internet
clean room, free shuttle and close location to the airport and the delicious cookies they gave as a welcome present they took twice as necessary hold on my card during the night and put a fast check-out form into my room... I was suspicious and when I complained, they told me they made a mistake and it happened also with others... I was not happy with the decreased amount of my month limit of my credit card... but finally they charged the correct amount.
The hotel was nice. You have to pay for everything... it costs about $6 to get a T_shirt! No free breakfast! And the famous cookies were over cooked the first day! Over all it was ok.
Clean rooms No hot water to shower and no adjustments to my bill yet. General manager will not call me back so it looks like I'll be calling corporate to let them know.
Staff was great facilities were very nice, breakfast was excellent. Bed was not nearly as comfortable as the last Holiday Inn I stayed in
Staff was great, very nice Pool looked bad, first room I was in was very musty dirty smelling air. Second room was great. Place could use upgrades and some work.
We got a great price. The beds were beyond super comfy. It was my husband and I along with our 2 year old and infant. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. As well as having a promotion with the Internet being free. Will definitely coming back here with and without the kids. Only complaint would be the pool was a bit small. When we went down there there was about 6 kids. Wasn't very spacious for us to be away from them. The space around the pool was very limited as well.
Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathrooms are outdated. Room walls are thin.
Fast check in, clean bed Hallways smelled terrible of cigarette smoke and our room did too. We were given a different room than we booked got in late after NASCAR event to tired to complain.
