Central location. The Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin had lost my booking/reservation. It took me 30 minutes to check-in. When checking-out reservation was lost again. Amazing for a 5-star hotel: no room service from 10pm to 6am.

had very high expectation from it before we arrived due to its history & the introduction from the guide book. unfortunately it turned out that we only liked the location of it. the management. stayed there for two days. toilet paper was almost out in the first day, but no additional was added. we had to ask for it by ourselves the next morning after running out of it. The heater didn't really work in the first day, either, even though it was fixed the next day after we notified the front desk during the night. The guy taking care of the problem at 4:00am after we were awoke by the cold temperature didn't seem to feel sorry about the situation. maybe we were being too polite during that time? obviously something wrong with the management of this hotel.

clean, free and fast internet at the lobby, nice brakfast.

Internet is not free and very expensive. 8euro/hr or 20euro/day. Room charges are already high for provided services so I think internet connection could be free or at a fair price. Internet cafes in the neighbourhood charge 1 euro/hour

Their internet was broken the whole trip. For a business hotel this was unacceptable.

Clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.The breakfast was very good.

Eazy access to downtown Echterdingen. The hotel staff continuously bothered the guests to exit their rooms so that they could get an early start to cleaning the rooms.

Friendly staff Only a single towel for three people in the room. The shower gel was empty in the shower. No tea-making facilities (Eg. Kettle). Biergarten closed on a Saturday afternoon! Breakfast room was full of flies.

convenience to airport, Industries (IF YOU HAVE A CAR !) , position. Good, open, attractive guest area in ground floor (all window, no walls, very interesting and pleasant also in winter) --> feeling of space

quite good, I didn't put too much pressure on the hotel. I was much more interested in Stuttgart as a city. Anyway, the hotel is clean, staff is helpful, only the distance to the centre is too far, about 12km, but there is a tram really close

We had a spacious and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast with a lot of variety, good value for money.

The hotel is advertising free shuttle to the airport However the shuttle operates only from 4:30am to 8:30am and from 7:00pm to 11:00PM

Nice airport shuttle Front desk clerk want to charge a higher fee than quoted online. She is rude and unfriendly.
