Pros (+) Everything was top notch, from the grounds of the hotel, to the free breakfast buffet, to the friendliness of the staff. Centrally located for access to many restaurants, the zoombezi water park, and Columbus zoo.

Pros (+) We loved how soft the pillows were and the bed was very comfortable. Delicious breakfast too!
Cons (-) This sounds really petty but the iron in the room was very cheap and did not heat up well enough to do a decent job on my husband's shirt. Small complaint but annoying.
