Pros: the very warm welcome from jackie,also the small but very effective touches such as coffee/tea and biscuits available at all times in the lounge. Marvellous full english breakfast and anything else you requested at breakfast,nothing was too much trouble .
Cons: the only thing was that it was quite noisy from the traffic on the main road but this would not deter me from staying here again.
Pros: The customer service was excellent. It was obvious that the customer's needs were paramount in this guesthouse. The staff bent over backwards to look after us.

The star is the bar, which has lovely views over Lincoln. You can also get a very nice cocktail or two (even better on a Thursday when the cocktail club does 2 for £8). The same views are available in the restaurant so even if you have breakfast you get some great views.
Pros: It's in a fabulous spot. I love the Bradford Marina and being able to walk into the city centre. It has lots of places for food and drink in easy walking distance. The hotel is modern and bright, with nicely sized rooms, comfy beds and wifi included.
Cons: I am a Hilton Honours member and this should have been checked prior to check in and it wasn't. A small thing, but it's nice to be recognised.
