Cons (-) Bathrooms in the rooms are badly laid out with the doors opening into the rooms. Light switches were worn and some didnt work. Smell of perfume in reception was too harsh. Mens sink in the spa toilet leaked. No robes in the rooms. Hot tub and sauna were not very warm.

Clean very well presented nice staff very good breakfast staff the lady seating us was the best very warm welcome and funny to say the least that is what you want. The rooms are lovely and spacious and clean. Nice bathroom products. Ours had a view of the race course.
