Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and the beautiful pool area with great amenities. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, particularly with room cleaning and towel changes, which did not meet expectations for a four-star hotel. Some guests also mentioned confusing hotel layouts and small room sizes, but overall, the positive atmosphere, good service, and enjoyable pool facilities stood out.
