Friendly front desk employee. Although she did have to call me back down to the front desk after I was in for the night due to her making mistakes on getting approval for a pet charge on my credit card.
No way to isolate lighting. Noisy fan when you turn on the bathroom light. Entry way light also includes light over beds. I usually wake up an hour or two or three before my family. Inconvenient lighting
Good location. Breakfast was okay - basic continental. Quiet.
Room was not real clean - a lot of dust in the corners that's obviously been there for a while. Second floor location, has no elevator so had to carry everything up the stairs.
I think only it is near the Yellowstone park.
It's very UNCLEAN, I found many bedbugs after wake up in the morning, and they sucked my blood already!!! It's really horrible!!! Even I told that to the reception, he (an old man) took it so easy, as this is quite normal in that hotel. BAD EXPERIENCE
Was cleaner then I expected along with very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again
More breakfast options would be nice, like some eggs and some kind of meat. Would have really liked some yogurt, they had container for it but was empty also the overnight/ early morning guy not very friendly and could here him watching things on his phon
We liked that it was so easy to get to from the Interstate.
Good for a quick stay
Room was dirty. Bedspread had burn holes in it. Only bottom sheets used so if you need a covert nip top sheet only a blanket that is only washed 4 times a year, per front desk clerk. And it was filthy too. Staff did provide a top sheet and another blanket
The breakfast was typical rubber meat and powdered eggs. Almost out when we got tthere at 8:30.
room is excellent
It was in the town we wanted.
The room smelled of smoke. There was a rib bone on the floor and floor was not vacuumed. Both locks were broken on door. There was a used soap on top ledge of shower. There were no eggs at breakfast. They charged us $15 more for 2 beds.
Very helpful staff.
Nothing. 5 star experience.
Very comfortable, spacious room, excellent amenities, great breakfast.
