Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transportation, parks, and city attractions. Some guests found the rooms clean and comfortable, and several appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness in some rooms, ongoing renovations, noise, and issues with the elevators, particularly long waits due to only one functioning lift. Room sizes and amenities were generally adequate, though some guests noted small or windowless rooms. Overall, the location and staff were standout positives, while maintenance and facility issues detracted from some stays.
