No duvet, One pillor, No Coffee and Tea in room
Hotel excellent for location for getting around London, room very clean and was lovely and warm, would stay again for a short stay
Slightly overpriced hotel,
nice location close to victoria station
very small room, doesn't value the money for such a poor room
The reception service. Location it´s good.
Breakfast is not good and the breakfast waitress was not efficient. The cleaning of the room could be better.
Friendly staff, could use brekfast room for tea:hot water; good location
Found used condom in toilet on arrival; pilllows thin and hard--2 together in case
I liked the location the most, apart from that everything was average
my room was somewhere in the ground floor...even below the rood level...
Well located and clean. Bathroom facilities very tiny, but clean and shower worked well.
Room very tiny and no option to request twin-beds online.
Good location good price
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was newly refurbished and clean
The hotel was undergoing building work (which will probably carry on throughout July) and as a consequence not all public areas were clean and illuminated. After dark there was one corridor without light that had two steps and a turn in complete darkness-unacceptable. On returning to the hotel in the evening, I was let in by a guest as staff did not respond to the door bell which I rang 4 times in the space of a few minutes.
In good location
Room was too narrow and the passage was not clean it was dump with scrap materials
