Kayak sold a room to us for a hotel that has been closed for 8 months. Kayak is the worst company imaginable. They are negligent and do no quality control. Stay away from this bad outfit.

Pros (+) Location is convenient close to the 401 highway.
Cons (-) The room was never cleaned or provided with anything during the full two nights stay.
Cons (-) There should be some thinner pillows available. Those provided are all rather thick. The sofa is too deep for my size and back. One cannot get lumbar support for the lower back because of the depth of the seat.
