we order room service, adn the quality and taste of the food was excellent!! and the service very kind.. i was aware not to leave things in the car like gps, laptop, etcccc..and we felt a litlle afraid of going out for a walk... increase security please
They need to upgrade their TV's bad!!
The staff was very pleasant - made you feel welcome. The Computer was down at check out so no receipt was available. One was to be sent electronically but nothing has arived.
I was at a conference - there was everything we needed. The guest rooms were very comfortable - lots of pillows! A few things: A light on the podium in the Grand Ballroom would be a welcome addition. Also the chairs aren't comfortable and they are placed too close together. The escalators were broken. I don't like that you have to go outside, walk a distance, then carry your luggage up stairs to the car, when parked on the roof level.
Proximity to train station, comfortable bed Bathtub wasn't draining, when complained they tried to fixed it but didn't work do they transferred me to another room but I had to get my language myself, the room service guy gave me the key and left. Old painting of the doors.
In town to visit family and the separate living area in our room provided a great place for us to all gather before and after dinner. The entire suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had great healthy choices. All the staff were very friendly. The location is great and walking distance to some fabulous eateries. Would definitely return.
The hotel is located right downtown and was in walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The rooms themselves were clean and we were on a higher floor in one of the renovated rooms and would recommend this. The only downside were the beds - when I called to make my reservation, I asked for a room with 2 queen beds and was told that is what we had. Apparently, there aren't any queen beds, they are all doubles. We made due but it would have been nice to of been told when making the reservation, it was a girls weekend and there were 4 of us. I also found the pillows were over stuffed and very hard.
proximity to bars and restaurants downtown Some house keeping issues in the room
Location was good. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was not what was shown in picture. Had a tiny tub and shower while the picture showed a spacious glass enclosed shower.
Comfort & Cuisine
Staff was very friendly, entrance was nice looking, valet parking was good. No kitchenette, no microwave, no mini bar. Fridge is too hidden. Ice wasn't available on every floor. Our towels had stains. Bed was comfy, the view was kind of crappy (10th floor view of back parking lot). HALF THE OUTLETS didn't work in our room.
I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff I did not like the fact that there were a lot of extra charges, such as in-room music, email retrieval, self parking
Excellent facilities, service, and location.
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Great location in downtown London. Pool and gym areas. There is no wireless in the rooms like the website says. There is a network cable in each room though.
A good service, clean rooms with good Wifi, comfortable beds Breakfast is ok Resaurant has a small choise but a good price and quality
My wife and I appreciated the obvious desire of the staff to offer good service. Please review critically the instructions on the desk phone in Room 812 and see if they work. For example, pressing the button for a message from another guest does not work. One tries, with no success, phones the operator, and is told that one must dial 5. A waste of time to guests and your staff. There may be other examples. 2) A servicing of the door closers would be useful. Now, they slam the door (of Room 812).
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Made the stay for business much more enjoyable.
Staff was wonderful, helpful and kind. Shannon (check in ) was especially nice knowing I was stressed and sending me some complimentary wine with room service. All staff was great, breakfast gal was terrific. Tiles around bath needed better cleaning, black in spots. A turn off for me.
Love the pool and how it is laid out. The lounge on the 20th floor was very relaxing and the munchies were wonderful. We've stayed at this hotel a few times and always enjoy it. It would be nice if you had a smoker's area at the back of the hotel. Looks very tacky at the front and having to wade through the smoke to get to your car is not pleasant. My husband has severe asthma and this is always a problem.
-the friendly, courteous staff and the room which had an individual terrace outside the sliding doors -the original room assigned had an electric deodorizer running and the fragrance caused problems with one of the children who has asthma, even after it was turned off -however, the staff was quick to give us another equally lovely room adjacent to the first one
The pool area was great Resturant food was poor
The bed and linens and soaps were fantastic! When I booked on line they did not get my written message until too late.
Convenience of have the room and conference in the same location. Loved the food. The hotel restaurant offers a good variety.
Our family really enjoyed the pool and waterslide
we loved the pool area. WHen my 3 year old was disappointed that she was too small to ride the waterslide, the life guards took her to help feed the koi fish! It made her day!
Good value, close to the highway. Bed was comfortable. Maintenance equipment sitting out in the hallway overnight. Smelled like smoke in the non-smoking room. Wi-fi signal was horrible, and kept cutting in and out, impossible to check the map.
Friendly helpful staff, comfortable clean room, good value for the price.
We like this ramada close to downtown staff very nice an helpful beautiful big pool an clean bed comfy too . Very happy
The hotel is good value. The cleanliness does need to be improved. There are stains on the table and on the carpets. The remote had something on it. I travel with Lysol wipes. I trusted that once I used them it would be ok,instead of being moved to a new room. It was quiet and staff friendly.
My first impression of the hotel was not good. It needs some upgrades
Great hotel with friendly staff that was right off the 402. The room smelled very stale and damp.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and very quick with check-in and check-out. My family was accommodated in adjoining rooms without hassle. The building is very dated and run down. It is in dire need of repairs and a thorough deodorizing and cleaning. The rooms continue to smell of smoke and food from longer term guests and the decor is dated and old. The beds are not queen size, so if you book for two ensure you get queen beds, not two full beds.
When I made reservation, It was listed with free breakfast, when we came we was told no free breakfast. We did stay at this hotel several times before and always had free breakfast including in rate. I was informed by hotel front desk, that if I call them direct for reservation, I can get free breakfast included for the same rate????????????
Friendly and helpful staff
close to the high way starting to look a little run down I would classify it as a 2 star not a 3 star. Have stayed at the Travel lodge which is 2 star and it is nicer, newer and includes breakfast. I stayed at the Ramada because your rating was higher, I will stay Travel lodge next time.
i thought the cost of the room was ok. ease of reervation check in was good room was not as neat and clean as the last time we had stayed there. plus the movie value on tv wasmuch higher cost with les value overall both my wife and i were dissapointed this time and we had stayed here several times before
The bed was really comfortable, and the division of the suite into separate areas by doors was excellent. Microwave, frig, and eating table were helpful. Breakfast was too limited in options.
Great personell: very nice. Also great big and luxury suites. The receptionst already upgraded our suite when she saw we were with three persons. That is great service
My stay was excellent and exceeded my expectations. N/A
We had a suite and it was spacious, with a king size bed in a separate room with tv. The living room also had a tv, as well as fridge and sink and table. Also had internet available. Excellent value, right by the mall/401/main street
We had 2 rooms booked, this email you sent us was to Randy Graham, the other room. We love the outlay of your hotel rooms (suites), it feels like a home away from home. They are nice and clean, updated...and the lady at the front desk was excellent. We are considering staying there for our anniversary.
We were allowed to check in early around noon the day we arrived in London. THe front desk staff was extremely helpful and eager to help with our early arrival. Totaly impressed with the room and level of service. Considered it a great value. Will definitely look for the Quality Suites name agian and have informed freinds and family of the impression we experienced upon arrival and during our stay. Breakfast ended at 9:00 am. We were late and could have used another half hour to enjoy the deal without imposing on the staff. Still had breakfast but were concerned we might be a nuisance to the staff. Never got this impression from the staff but felt odd as we were late and still got served.
My husband is not well at present and it was wonderful to have the other room for him to rest when he was tired.
Was attending a friend's wedding and visiting. Roof work beginning at 7 am right above my suite for two days . It would have been nice to be forewarned or moved to a different suite.
everything was perfect; Staff very helpful and smiling. No 0% fat free product for breakfast, no vegetables. I don't blame the hotel though, it seems typical in North America, a shame however for a certain hotel standing that they don't serve more international products.
the parking the room smelled cigarrete
We found the hotel in a clean and decent shape. We were pleasantly surprised.
Easy check in & check out. Close to 401. Ground floor very noisy. Could hear people talking right outside the patio door. On arrival, 3 long dark hairs on one of the pillow cases.
The friendly staff Everything was fine
The restaurant has good food reasonable price The room was musty smelling, mold in bathroom, holes in walls paint peeling, the only fresh air was from patio door, no screen and wood was rotting. Common balcony, high security risk. No fridge. The "Meal Plan" is non existant.
Bad experience homeless people sleeping in the hall two days in a row loud partying and people fighting as well as escorts in and out of the hotel all day
It was ok. Just a place to lay my head at night. Good location for shopping
The hotel and rooms was very clean and well maintained. The hotel has obviuosly undergone some retro fitting and updating. Staff were friendly. The bed were quite hard.
Proximity to shopping and downtown It could be cleaner
The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, excellent for the price. And there was free lighted parking.
The rooms were spacious, bright and clean. The lobby/breakfast area was also bright and very comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful and the location is convenient - right off the 401. The water was not hot enough.
Room very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Free breakfast concluded at 9:30 A.M., too early for weekend/holiday visits.
The hotel was overall decent. The room smelled a little bit smoky even though it was a non-smoking facility, but it was quite endurable. We stayed there just for one night; close to the highway. They had a fridge and coffee machine and seemingly a playstation in the room. Breakfast was good including one serving of toast, pancakes, sausages, and/or eggs. Beside the decent strange smell which somehow every cheap hotel contains it was a nice one night-stay.
The rooms and the brrakfast
Warmly welcomed by staff. Good buffet breakfast. Close to stores, malls. Beds were comfortable. Stopper in bathroom sink was not working. When I booked online I booked for myself, my husband and our 13 year old son. When we arrived there were only coupons for two breakfasts.
Close to restaurants. Your staff were very friendly. There was no pool
clean, comfortable room, rewards points, complimentary breakfast, easy to get to, overall good experience, we have used this location several times...jim
Great place to stay. We had no issues at all during the stay. In a great area with lots to see and do.
Teh furniture was old, we found a very big, disgusting spider on our bed and it was very grouse and it made my fiance sick and feel unconformable while we stayed in hotel.
Very clean and quiet. Breakfast includes REAL eggs, great sausages and great coffee. Close to London Ont and it´s many restaurants.
The room was absolutely huge. Easily twice as big as every other equally priced hotel in downtown London. And the bed was so comfortable! My room didn't have a city view, that's all.
Fabulous location - steps to the Covent Market (spent a lot of time and money there), and all our other destinations. Very modern tasteful rooms although perhaps a little too heavy on the 'minimalist' side. Great bed and linens. No street noise in our room since we faced the atrium. Other than the AC (see below), very quiet - couldn't hear other rooms. Staff were helpful and responded quickly to any requests. Very noisy air-conditioning - both the blowers and the compressors on the roof (we were in a top floor 'loft' room). Couldn't even hear the TV when the AC kicked on. Parking - had to park under the market that does not have in/out privileges. There was no hotel information in the room i.e. checkout time, phone policies, amenities, room service etc. Only paper cups for the coffee and no cream (just whitener). Our room did not have a bathtub. Only 1 nice chair.
Service was great, location was perfect as we attended a concert at the Labatt Centre. Non traditional style of room was fun. Needed more sitting room.
For our purpose---location----clean and friendly, competent staff
room was nice and location to jlc parking is a pain across the street
The room is very good, good decoration and large. 10:30 checkout time is too early, which is not stated in the booking process.
Excellent location Website states 'valet parking' available. However I was told the hotel had no parking, but suggested the Covent Garden Market lot. This lot was not open to the public on the night of my stay 'JLC Passes only' which left me parking at the Galleria Mall. A little ridiculous to have to take a taxi from the parking lot to the hotel (walking distance, but not with luggage). Not enough towels or bathrobes provided. Also, the night staff agreed to a late check-out but the morning staff refused to accomodate this.
Perfect place to get away. Peaceful, quiet anf staff was very nice. Room was very clean and felt like my own personal retreat. Cant wait to go back. Parking was across the road in underground parking garage under the market. Lots of parking spots in garage. Cant say enough amazing things about this place. Loved it!!
Location excellent, across the street from farmers market, modern furnishings were a nice treat. Did not get promised bath robes. Were told that the laundry was not delivered. No enough hooks to hang towels.
Marvelous King room was so nice and we did a photo shoot in the room and lots of room and great layout and looking forward to posting some pictures to the motel Facebook page I like the the open layout! I love the bathtub and the shower and the bed was so comfortable and nice soft and firm pillows. Nice furniture worked really well for my photo shoot with 4 models it was a big room lots of Space to move around to take photos!! I will return motel Metro and the staff was so nice and friendly
The amenities were excellent and very clean. The beds however seemed very uncomfortable by today's standards as did the furniture otherwise I would recommend this place to anyone
excellent staff, service was great, was disappointed with breakfast- need more toasters, juice machine not working- no plates - food not stocked - was disorganized
There wasn't much we liked vary rude staff The room ,the hallways, the staff
Atmosphere- like stepping back in time!
Fully renovated. Like a new hotel but with original character of a beautiful old home. Spacious, good food, rich decor with stain glass, wood trim. Feel like we really lucked out with this reservation.
The food was excellent There was no heat in the room and it was a cool evening. It was difficult sleeping all night.
that our reservation got lost and we were told there was no room for us when we arrived. reservation was found in the Manager's computer but wasn't at the front desk. very frustrating
Very spacious room, good breakfast Price
Close distance to downtown and unique restaurants. Room was clean and spacious . Liked the fact it had living room and kitchen . That we had to pay for parking for multiple vehicles . Added to the expense. Room needed some updating .
Very clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. Great amenities such as the fitness centre and Internet access for up to 6 people. I would be satisfied to permanently live in an apartment-style room like this. Room description stated 4 dining room chairs. There were only 2. An open concept that connected the kitchen and living room would have been preferable.
The room was beautiful and it was very centrally located. no
Kitchen in the roomLocation to downtown Air quality of roomRooms although clean and large felt baron.I would of liked an option to choose between free parking or free breakfast. With a kitchen in my room and the quality of the breakfast, parking would be better value for me.

Beautiful and very spacious!!! Buffet breakfast was also good. Loved how big our suite was. Parking is not free but also not very expensive. Parking Costs $14.
lots of space in suite constuction in front of hotel
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, and the available kitchenette. It was a great place to stay in downtown London and was very reasonably priced.

Beautiful room, spacious and clean. Ice maker did not work. No ice available in hotel. Sent to convenience store.
There should be some thinner pillows available. Those provided are all rather thick. The sofa is too deep for my size and back. One cannot get lumbar support for the lower back because of the depth of the seat.
Location is convenient close to the 401 highway. The room was never cleaned or provided with anything during the full two nights stay.
The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful My room was next to an electrical room so there was a constant humming. Not a problem as I slept well even with the humming.
We received early check in. We were on the lower floor & could hear the floor squeaking as the people above us got ready for their day @ 5:30 a.m.
It was centrally located for our needs. Pop machine and ice maker were at opposite ends of lower level.
staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable
The whole experience was great. Atmoshpere.
Because the wedding venue was at the hotel, it was very convenient. Staff made an effort to put other members of our family close together (same floor) without being asked. Hotel was nice, however because we have two adult children we had to rent three rooms as there is the availability of only one bed per room. Can get expensive. Beautiful property though.
Lovely location, very clean, nice staff, and well priced.
excellent hotel in the grounds of a conference/training centre. Hotel surrounded by green areas in built up area of London. Excellent staff. Breakfast also first rate
receptionist is pleasent, atmosphere is relaxed and calm. the neibourhood is very quite. the room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. there is no way for getting food or drinks after 19:00 which makes it a problem since the location is far from any shoping facility. you defenitly need a car.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent for the work that needed to be completed during my stay. The location was perfect; I enjoyed my walk in the morning and was I close to the hospital for a medical appointment. The food was far more than adequate and was, quite frankly, much better than I expected. The staff in all areas, but particularly in the dining room, were professional, friendly and exceedingly helpful. I will definitely return. I ate alone at dinner as I had travelled to the city for a medical appointment the next morning. The dining room appeared to only accomodate large groups so I was placed in the adjoining room near the pool table. The meal was excellent but the atmosphere was less than relaxing....at first very 'cold' and then quite noisy as the others finished dinner and began to play pool.
