The room was dangerously crammed with two queen beds in space only large enough for one.
The location was excellent.
First of all, it was NOT the bedroom we have chosen. The photos of the site are definately NOT representative of the room. In fact there NO photos of the room we were given. It stands to reason, as the apartment was awful. It was dark, claustrophobic, extremely dirty, full of dust. We asked the receptionist to give us the room we have booked but he suggested us to speak with the manager, the next morning. Then, we realized that the apartment was inhabited by BED BUGS. I asked the receptionist to give us another apartment. Instead, he gave us two different rooms. I have to note that two of us were a couple and the other two are just friends of different sex, so I had to sleep with my friend and not with my husband. I asked the receptionist if the rooms were extra charged and he ensured me that there were NOT. Next morning, another manager informed us that we had to leave the two rooms as there was an extra charge, so once more we packaged our luggage for another apartment. They guided as to a room, five minutes walking from the hotel. It was certainly not as dirty as the first one but at least it had no bed bugs!! Instead of it, it had spiders. One smashed on a wall, one in one of our luggage. The realization dawned when we opened our luggage back home. Moreover, we were NEVER given face towels and nobody cleaned our room. To be honest nobody cleaned the whole room, instead of it cleaned the half one. The sobering thought is that the owner of the hotel NEVER apologized to us, even if he was there. He didn't even speak to us. Instead he forced us to move from place to place as we are animals, like the ones he guests at his rooms. Just one employee was apologetic, regretful and polite.
There was mold in the room, hidden under the wall papers - horrible!
Location great and hospitable staff.
No lift. Hotel person lifted our luggages. Kettle dirty inside and broken. No mat inside bathroom. Small room and bathroom. Inside bathroom nothing to hang clothes . Sometimes v don't find staff
The staff where really accomodating
Interior decor a bit psychedelic
