Friendly staff, brilliant service
nothing loved every minute
complimentary wine for our wedding anniversary and shuttle bus service to and from tube station
smell of stale cigarette smoke in area outside of room
Reception team are very helpful specially the Filipino lady and Sri Lankan gentelman.
I had to carry my luggage from my Taxi till reception counter while 2 bell boys were standing in the lobby and never offer assistance till i asked for it.
Thye staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is well placed for exploring the rehabilitation work done to the old London docks, particularly the Russia Dock which is now a delightful woodland linear park. The views from our room balcony were staright out over the Thames - really interesting.
The rooms are so small that a bar fridge is available on request, not as a standard item of fitout. We discovered this when checking out. The room size is much smaller than what is expected from a Hilton hotel.
poorly laid out tiny rooms with the worst bathroom i've ever had to use !this is not a 4* experience hotel ! breakfast in dinning room was cramped over busy ( had to que ) - overpriced , poor value for money , let's down the "Hilton" name as have stayed in other Hilton hotels in this country which have been excepeptional !
The view from the room No 1342 was good.
I have left my comments at the hotel.
The vista across London
No control over heating, belching out to discomfort The TV kept announcing a welcom to somone, not me The Bathroom shower leaked & a little shabby i.e hooks missing from door
Friendly staff at reception and restaurant area. Very good room service.
Unprofessional staff members in the lounge bar area, rooms very small, and heating could not be adjusted.
Room was small, could not adjust heating, wash basin did not drain properly
