Close to the house I've moved and in front of the Olympic Green!
Good location close to ExCeL London, friendly staff
Poor breakfast, the room was very cold - heating in the room operates only, if the room key is in the lock, so if you aren´t in the room all the day, in the evening you come in the extremely cold room.
Comfy bed, close to station, staff were courteous.
Breakfast was horrendous, shower flooded, lift had a funny smell on first day, internet coupons were a rip-off, construction works were going on which was very noisy - particularly at 6am!, TV channels weren't set correctly - hard to find channels, price I paid was not worth the services received - a disappointment really.
The Hotel is located relatively close to the Metro and Train Station (about 7 min walking) that will take you to the city center in 10-15 min.
I didn't liked to woke up at the midle of the night by the fire alarm and having to go to the street. Breakfast is very limited. One of the lifts was out of use!
Staff. They were polite and willing to help. Even they were embarassed because things didn't work.
Bed awful. Lift does not work. Wifi coverage is weak. Area is not nice. Overpriced.

Excellent hotel, but the price is up to the service!
Very friendly and helpful staff (especially the ladies). Reasonable position (not too far from metro, overall journey time from hotel door to London center was only ca 40 mins). Clean and practical rooms.
Tricky window mechanism (I wasnt able to close the window, but I guess it was a one-off case). There is a lot of noise coming from trafic on the side that faces the street; ask in advancce by phone for a room on the other side.
Didn't realise wifi access was not free, also didn't realise hotel had no room service. Also strangely enough there was no evening dinner service on Fridays. (seemingly every friday)
