Great location. The staff were quite attentive and professional. Would stay there again. Nicely up to date with technology, very modern.

Room size was pretty large for London -- bed was very comfortable.
Everything was very expensive, and you get charged for every extra. Although location was central, the walk to the tube was a bit too long when doing it several times in a day.

room was way too stark and small.Nobu restaurant in the hotel was only adequate, but gave my fiance food poisoning !At home we have a Japanese restaurant that charges $24 for a full Japanes buffet, that was just as good as Nobu's sushi and sashimi !

there is a construction in the Hotel, so it's a bit noisy in the morning.
Excellent service throughout. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We had our 10 year old with us, so they went ahead and upgraded us to a city suite without us asking, which was a big help. The location is great for visiting landmarks in central London.
There is construction going on in the lobby so there was no lobby to use. I should mention that we did not hear any construction noises in our room They should be finishing up this month I am told, so it should be a non issue going forward.

The hotel is under reconstruction. Shower head was missing. No power outlet near the bed (I use a Cpap and luckily I had an extension cord with me. Light switches are inconvenient and hard to find at night. Unexpected £100 deposit on my credit card.
Room was lovely in appearance. Very friendly and efficient staff. Good welcome.
The room was noisy! The window was not double glazed and we were distrubed by street noise in the early hours of the morning.

Room was small & dated (reminded me of a college dorm). There wasn't any art on the walls or any type of style whatsoever.

Rating of 5 star must be false advertising. This hotel cannot be a 5 star hotel. It's a 4 star at best. With this experience, I will most likely avoid using priceline.com in future.
