Pros (+) There was no amenity this hotel didn't think of, no service they didn't offer. The staff were attentive; complementary luxuries abounded (slippers, robes, yoga mats, umbrellas, wifi, fresh fruit, water), the minibar was extensive with snacks, drinks, phone chargers, spa products, just about anything you could need.
