The location only
How they staff treated me first. Also the room was connected to another one and was very dirty.
Rude racist staff. Old shabby hotel. Feels like a 2* property. The manager and reception staff was very rude. Would never see a Hilton again in my life.
Room very comfortable. Location good
Financial rip-off. £550 for room & lounge area. Lounge has nice breakfast But poor snacks during the day. The company must think this Hilton is 5 Star, but take my word it is a normal 4 Star. Next time I will look for a different spot toY my head.
A great hotel in an excellent location. Very good value for money - will definitely stay again.
I am familiar with the hotel layout - been over 20 times
I asked for a bucket of ice- took 1 hour to arrive
