This hotel is in a good location and really close to the Tube station. There are plenty of sites within walking distance. We also found plenty of pubs and restaurants that were really good. The room was a good size, on the second floor and had a front facing view which was great. The media console with the flat screen TV was nice also. The room was quiet and the drapes blocked the light at night. The lobby was really nice, check-in/out was easy, and the staff were nice and welcoming.
The king size bed we booked was a UK king which is 6" wider and 3" longer than a UK double bed, so basically a US queen. Take that into account when booking a king. The bed was really worn out and flat in several areas where you would lean to get out of bed. We had a lot of brown water stains and cracks in the ceiling. The A/C in the room stopped working the last of four nights. The internet dropped out and reconnected every 15-30 seconds which was pretty annoying. The hotel bar has 2 tables, 2 high tops and 4 bar seats and gets full pretty easily. Previous reviews seem to be on point.
One of the stuff her name was Sophia or something similar I can’t recall her name. Made me so upset by the way she treated me.
Great location to the tube
