Staff friendliness Location
Rooms too small
Very hospitable staff. Room very cosy. Breakfast room very clean and breakfast very good value.
Decor and ambience - a very Victorian feel.
There was nothing we deidn't like.
Great location for museums and shopping. Comfortable but small room.
It was pretty close to most tourist attractions.
Staff at times can be uncoperative.
The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. It is located in an excellent position, especially if you are visiting London to see the sights.
hotel was quaint...nicely decorated, good location, staff helpful and friendly,
location (when staying in room on the front of the hotel) was very noisy, room was very hot....temperature not adjustable..
The basement room and the reception
the broken shower that was only partly repaired
The communication of the hotel staff was excellent, they were all very proffessional. My compliments to all of them.
the vacum cleanin of the carpet was very bad
