Pros (+) Tough to beat the location - right on the beach and next to the boardwalk.
Cons (-) Service everywhere was awful - front desk, pool bar, room service, you name it. Food and drinks were really bad too and over-priced. My advice is to book a room on sale and just use the hotel for its beach access, towels, and clean room. Do everything else outside of the hotel.
