Pros (+) I like the location and the idea that these folks are trying to save the Americana Style Motel. I am sure they think they are improving the place but they aren't offering the basic, simple, comforts that wouldn't cost them much at all and would have people raving about the place..
Cons (-) King size bed came with only 2 standard size pillows that were as hard as a rock. The minimum requirement for a king size bed would be 2 king size long pillows and 2 standard pillows that are softer to sleep on. The flat screen TV came with Direct TV but no remote!
