Pros (+) If it's nearby places you would like to go there is nothing wrong with this place. Got in, got out and my room was clean. The room was cheap too.
Cons (-) The place is definitely older and not exactly in a "nice" part of town. If you don't care about those things it's not really a big deal though.

Pros (+) This place is blocks away from restaurants, stores and about 30 minutes away from Santa Monica.
Cons (-) The beds are uncomfortable, looked like there was mold in the shower.... And the shower heads feels like someone is hoseing you down with lots of pressure. Unfinished patch work on the walls.
