It has two bedrooms; one is a king-size bedroom and the other has twin beds. We can provide a folding bed only (no bedding) for a fifth guest at no extra charge (subject to availability). 4.0 Okay
Pros: central location was good, staff friendly and clean and tidy room.
Cons: the noise, my room was near the beer garden and it didn't quieten down until after 2am then I was woken by staff at 6am, £74 a night is a lot of money when they only let you sleep 4 hours maximum

5.0 Okay
Pros: The towels were soft. The room was quiet.
Cons: Don’t stay here if you have back problems. Don’t stay here if you expect a full English breakfast which is hot and al items available. How disappointing to find a spacious bedroom with the oversized double bed pushed against the window with insufficient space to get out of bed comfortably. Our biggest complaint was the mattress which was so soft that it caused back problems. Equally disappointing was the breakfast. Self service, all the staff were required to do was to ensure that there was a supply of eggs, becon, mushrooms, sausages, bread, fruit juice.. We had to wait for eggs, bread, and orange juice and they even ran out of plates. This needs to be improved. We will not stay here again.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice size room
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all very polite and helpful, the evening staff in the bar were very accommodating and cheerful. We had almost pleasant stay.
Cons: Everything was fine.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Really big comfy bed, excellent customer service and great pastries at breakfast
Cons: The spa closes at 6 most days with the last treatment at 4.45 so not a lot of availability when you’re staying there for work and fancy a treat after 6. I would have loved to have porridge for breakfast and scrambled eggs but they aren’t offered
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice location and nice good value dinner
Cons: You couldn't really have a drink in the bar as it was located in the middle of the restaurant, and the lounge area was completely took over by a wedding party so there was nowhere for our party of 8 residents of the hotel to have sit and enjoy a pre or after dinner drink together
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The dinner and restaurant were excellent. The room was very comfortable and of a good size.
Cons: In addition to the excellent restaurant it would be good if there was a bar where you could order a bar snack.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The beds and duvets were very comfortable.
Cons: We would have liked more choice of fruit at breakfast. More parking spaces for Blue badge holders are needed
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful for our wedding
Cons: Lack of communication
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Large, and quiet room (mid week stay) Friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Restaurant menu a bit limited
5.4 Okay
Pros: Big windows
Cons: Damp/musty quarters
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was spot on.
Cons: Nothing

3.3 Mediocre
Cons: On arrival I was told the restaurant was closed, the room I was given was a disabled room with two single beds, not the Queen sized bed I had booked. The car parking is across town not nearby. The next morning I went down for breakfast at 7.30 to be greeted to total darkness and know one about & no way to check out, so after trekking across town with my luggage to my car I had to go back later on in the morning to settle my account. All in all this isn’t one of the best places to stay if you are a businessman on the road, when it clearly states on the website, breakfast included, car parking nearby & restaurant
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing we didn’t really like
7.1 Good
Pros: The breakfast was excellent, but service was slow with only one waitress serving . Good location .
Cons: The room ( No 2 ) was large and clean, but furniture was at a minimum, with some wire coat hangers on a metal pipe ,to hang your clothes on and very flimsy bedside tables . The en-suite door handle came off in my hand when used . There was a very limited supply of toilet paper -. One small roll
