Pros. Location. Steps away from the lake and LAC art center (and Cory center). Also not too far from the main train station. Maybe a 20 minute walk. Taxis are crazy expensive in Lugano. Staff is very friendly. Especially Leila, who was very kind and helpful.
Cons. Lugano is a very expensive city, so I don't like the prices, but this hotel is a fair price for the area and specific location
