The breakfast.
The food choice and quality of the food at dinner. The pillows and blanket felt very thin and flimsy.

The price is to high for the quality of the hotel. Specially when you have to pay extra for parking and breakfast. For the next time I check for an alternative.

If your are going to work in the Kirchberg area, this hotel is perfect for location, outstanding staff, and sheer number of facilities. The rooms are big, quiet and comfortable, the free wifi is fast and straightforward to use, and the buffet breakfast is excellent, with plenty of variety. In summer they have a nice terrace and the restaurant is good as well.
I don't really have any complaints, my only "buts" would be that it is a bit cold and impersonal, and that you may want to look out for promotions, because its usual prices are rather high. That's a reason why I don't book it more often.
