Friendly and courteous staff
The room we were allocated , was very noisy and getting to sleep was lamost impossible.
Nice and polite hotel staff
Friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet 7:30am is too late for breakfast to start on a weekday.
The friendlinesss & professionalism of the staff, excellent service, excellent beakfast. The towels were extremely small
Modern Room, Good Breakfast, friendly staff
The standard of the hotel and rooms were excellent.
comfort of the hotel and hotel staff the bath cleasing products

Staff friendly & courteous, rooms superbly decorated and equiped, all hotel as a feeling of style and comfort, breakfast excellent, would fully recommend to others.
nice decor and good location with excellent breakfast. small room but well equipped and quiet.
Staff were very helpful, breakfast was fantastic and all for a very reasonable price!
Quality service.Friendly.Spotlessly clean.Excellent room, and breakfast.Close to the town centre, and station.
the breakfast nothing
Everything, great location, nice room, staff were brilliant and helpful, food was very nice, especially the curry on arrival! Will not hesitate to return!
Excellent customer service, comfortable bed, nice duvet, very peaceful room, good double glazing, lovely soft furnishings Water pressure of shower not too hot, toilet would be awkward for someone with longer legs
As a smoker, my room had a balcony so it was easy to go out and smoke there rather than go down stairs and outside.
surrondings food could have been better,eg breakfast undercooked
It's an excellent dog friendly place to stay.
The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return/recommend to friends.
Room & facilities Nothing
Good spacious rooms, clean hotel. excellent gym/pool facilities. Wonderful english breakfast. Absolutely no complaints
Staff extremely friendly and helpful, food - excellent and location perfect.
The sea view and the size of the room were very good.Plenty of parking. The staff were attentive. Wet chairs on the balcony
The family room was excellent, sep kids room, huge bath and walk in shower, sofa, patio doors and balcony, breakfast was great, free wi fi Breakfast was great
Cosy & excellent value on special promotions. None
The mattress was a combination of being extremely poor quality & extremely old resulting in uncomfortable nights sleep.
friendly, polite, entertainment, clean comfortable rooms
excellent amenities and good food beds not very comfortable
The staff were excellent This hotel is in dire need of modernisation and, in particular. the bedrooms. £80 per night for this standard of hotel is too much. The website is misleading.
The amount of facility's that was available. The bed was like trying to sleep on a slab of concrete.
The price The best was extremely hard!
not to busy and in a good spot
Excellent location with ample parking with a warm inviting interior, helpful professional staff who were always pleased to help.
lovely room, great views out but also great views into the floor to ceiling windows from passers by as there were no net curtains only two disabled parking bays for such a big hotel
we know it from the past we love st annes walking shoping dining parking only 1 houer from home no lift to bedroom im a blue badge holder
handly location to office No service before 7am - there was no one around when I left at 6:45. There was no breakfast or an offer of a contential breakfast
Excellent standard throughout & value for money. I will be back again.
The public areas of the hotel were pleasant enough and the location was ideal as it is close to the town centre and the beach. We had no trouble parking in the carpark. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was ok but a bit pricey for what you got but we enjoyed the breakfast. The bedroom, which was to the rear of the hotel with a poor outlook, had been updated but the bathroom was in a 80's time warp with a digustingly brown stained toilet and a bath tap that was loose. The bed was so hard that both my partner and I were in pain the following morning and it was seemed a very small double. I felt the receptionist could do with some extra customer care training as she seemed at a loss as to how to respond to negative comments when she asked, at our departure, if everything had been ok.
The staff were excelent the groud floor of this hotel was up to the standard we expect, however the room was disapointing. The room we were given was not the room we booked after complaining at reception we were given another room but this was still not as good as we expeted.
Good food. Friendly staff
Rooms were very comfortable No lift to the second floor in the part of the hotel we stayed. Guests should be informed of this when booking, as in our case my husband suffers from arthritis in his knees and found it difficult getting up and down stairs
the food boiler for swimming poll was not out of order, so could not use the pool
The owners Lesley and Steve were very friendly and accommodating and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
going out for the day.
Friendly and helpful staff.Comfortable room .
Owners were on hand when I arrived and available for questions. The breakfast cerials were food quality and the hot breakfast was prompt.
Very friendly, very personal a traditional English B & B.
good location very helpfull owners good food and well equipped room with wi fi free facilities all un all a great place to stay.
Only a couple of minutes walk to the shopping centre & about 7 minutes walk to the sea front. Car parking facilities which is a bonus (dont park under the tree if you dont want a huge mess on your car). Choice of fruit, cereal & cooked breakfast was good. Hosts very hospitable & extremely friendly. Nice touches like a cocolate on the pillow on arrival Bed was very uncomfortable. Shower small but adequate
Good value for money, good breakfast, pleasant owners.
exellent service the hotet was clean food very good the owners were very helpfull
Very good breakfast None
We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the Fairmile. The owners were were friendly and welcoming. Our room was very well located, clean and extremely comfortable. Excellent value for money.
very friendly and helpful owners providing a good breakfast in the morning
The location was very good and the staff friendly. The breakfsat was cooked to order and that was really great. The shower was not good. It kept going hot and cold all by itself and the bathroom was very very small.
Friendly family hotel, excellent breakfast, great location, lovely and clean and warm. Would return again.
Very welcoming and friendly proprietors. Comfortable room/bed. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money. Many hotels of supposedly "higher class" could learn from standards at The Fairmile.
The staff were very friendly, informative an had smiles on there faces all the time
friendly helpful staff, nice sized single room with decent sized bathroom, good breakfast served by pleasant staff. evening meals rather pricey maybe could do a budget priced option
Very friendly staff. The food was lovely. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, Although the room was lovely and the bathroom the only fault I found was that the bed was very small for a double.
Our room was very good. Service in the restaurant very friendly. Food quality very good. 2 minute walk to the promenade, nice and flat. Quiet.
Excellet staff and very good meals well cooked and presented. Good location for a nice break.
Big room, friendly service and ease of access to Blackpool Promenade The Breakfast Buffet seemed disorganised as we had to wait nearly half an hour to get a table. When we got to our table, there were many tables not filled around us. They don't seem to be able to have enough staff/tables to accomodate all guests in a full hotel.
the size of the rooms, the staff in the bar very customer focused. the hot ice package very good value for money and excellent breakfast menu. dvd didn't work very well, and there was dust under the tv, when checking package wasn't explained it was only on asking did we find out what was included.
The hotel is in a good location with all the top class amenities you'd expect of a venue of this standard. All the staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant. Restaurant staff especially made you feel relaxed and were a good laugh. Have been before and will definitely return.
We got what we expected
Welcoming, friendly reception staff. Spacious comfortable room with air conditioning, big bed and beautiful bathroom. Excellent breakfast.
Close to the pleasure beach. Home from home. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely. Having to go home.
it was a very clean and staff were so helpful, room was amazing, had a great stay and will be returning.
Overall a very nice hotel, the breakfasts were amazing! The rooms were pretty basic, bedside lights did not work, no batteries in tv/dvd remotes, bathroom linen could have been better (no flannels or bath robes) Very noisey during the night!
everyone was so freindly and helpful the food was fantastic very clean very modern great choice of wines the rooms were of a very good stanard could not fault the hotel in any way
The location of the hotel and the parking facilities. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
The friendliness and homeliness and most of all cleanliness of Tudor House and the Proprietor
The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome
All good None
Welcoming and friendly atmosphere
It was very comfortable and the owner very helpful
Exceptionally clean and very friendly. No bad points
We were attending friends' Golden Wedding. They live nearby--hence why I chose this house. very pleased with all aspects. Very quiet and clean.
There was always a warm reception and offers to help with directions and local knowledge
Clean friendly breakfast fantastic Routine maintenance could have been a little better. Bulb in shaving light wasnt replaced, shower could have had a bit more pressure and better ventilation. Slightly worried about the overuse of extention leads in our room
Good value for money whre the service and courttesy were very good. an be recommended.
Check iN was efficient One of the two rooms I booked was in an abysmal position. Having to pay for two nights when I only wanted one was also annoying. Breakfast was way too expensive as was the bar prices
the package i booked was fab value for money and we were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge
nothing the food was late and cold
The hotel is very stuffy and mostly for eldery people. the lounge and the bar where very quiet and did not have a relaxed atmosphere
the hotel was very nice and the staff were very freindly and helpful, there prices were reasonable, but for families it could run out a bit expensive. as for my wife and i it was okay and we would definatlet go back
A lovely hotel, we had a really nice stay.
Fantastic Staff - brilliant location Only 1 radiator worked in the suite - cold at times. Only 1 window capable of opening - rest were screwed shut!!!
staff most helpful and we were fortunate to have an upgrade of room as a result of our membership . We were at Blackpool for a show, unfortunately Restaurant did not open until 1900hrs too late for us however this is not a complaint under normal circumstances we would not eat so early.
Location. Oasis. Breakfast queues.
everything the weather
Been staying at your hotel for the past five years in november and we have always had a pleasent stay, nice and relaxing atmosphere friendly staff and good food..
The room was comfortable and clean. Overpriced for what it offered and it's location.
Probably the best hotel in Blackpool. The standard of the rooms, facilities and staff were the highest quality. It was obvious that the proprietor and his staff took pride in taking care of guests and providing an excellent service on a personal level to everyone. The rooms had the latest modern equipment in the bedroom and bathroom and the food in the restaurant was very good. I will defintely come back here the next time we're in Blackpool.
Excellent hotel staff very friendly room 4 excellent room would stay again & recommend to anyone
we both loved this hotel could not fault it excellent best hotel have ever been to
the staff is very helpful and polite ..... hotel is clean and new...... room is also clean, relaxing and new with a amazing sea view from the balcony. everything was just perfect.....thanks you guys from Number One South Beach!!! i will definitly be back and recommend my friends to stay at ur hotel!! nope .........
Only stayed for one night .it was a very nice hotel . Nice and clean just what you want on a short brake .breakfast was great If I have to moan about any thing with this hotel .the tv signal not good.and having to pay £1.20 for half pint glass of diloot pop same price of coke . But that is all I can moan about
Food, service and comfort. Bedroom very stuffy. There was a ceiling fan, though, which helped a little.
Have stayed before many times and always book if available.
Friendly staff, excellent food with fast service Car parking insufficient
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom allocated was poor, smal, l no walk in shower as photos depicted. Didn't complain to the hotel as my elderly mother was treating me and would have been upset if any fuss was made
The pool & Jacuzzi
The service in restaurant was rapid and efficient, and the waitress was most helpful. Having travelled to the hotel during Monday we were more than ready for dinner, we were given rack of lamb this was more rack and fat than lamb, we were unable to eat it and sent it back untouched we were still hungry when we left. disgusted. We did complain but to no avail.
A beautifully, modern decorated hotel with quality furnture and fittings which is extremely clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful in advising a restaurant to eat in. The breakfast menu was superb. Situated just off the main promenade between central and south piers. A must for couples wanting something a little bit more upmarket whilst in Blackpool.
