Cons. The room was dirty (cobwebs, dirty towels, dirty carpet), there was a smoke smell and cigarette burn on headboard. Coffee pot was broken and staff was rude when we called about it.

Pros. The cost! It was a whole lot cheaper than many of the other places.
Cons. No variety in the breakfasts. All 3 days were identical. Stairs were a little rickety. Towels by the pool would have been nice.
Pros. Surly check in lady. When they say 3pm check in rhey mean not a minute sooner. Dont stay in room 129. Stained carpet, towel rack over the toilet sagging 3 inches and ready to drop the towels in the toilet. The patio screen had been pushed out and was being held in with a strip of dried out duct tape. The tape had been there a while. Internet would stay on a few minutes then shut off. On and off, over and over.

Cons. The hotel is more like a ran-down motel. The carpet is moist and dirty, the furniture and room needs renovation. Purchased room online and it did not meet my expectations as per online listing and photos. Not a good start to a family vacation for such a great unique town
