Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many enjoying views of the bridge and proximity to downtown and local attractions. Some guests found the beds comfortable and appreciated the affordable price. However, many reviews highlighted negative experiences with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, and issues with amenities like breakfast, which was often described as minimal or disappointing. Service was also a frequent concern, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff and maintenance issues in rooms. Overall, while the location and some aspects of comfort were appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and breakfast offerings.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) Bed was hard as a rock, pillows were tiny and flat, bathroom smelled, shower has a hole in the tub.
Pros (+) The pool was nice and warm. Neat log cabin theme.
Cons (-) Our room was right between the pool and laundry facility. Both open until 10pm. Not great if you have young kids that you need to get to sleep. Faucet handle in tub was near falling off. Took about 10 minutes to get it to work right. The continental breakfast looked like they had the same food out all week.
Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) The bridge view/lake view was obstructed by the trees and hotel across the street. The "view" was the top of the bridge.
