Pros (+) Plenty of restruants near by.
Cons (-) Dirty, shower leaked, toilet barely flushed, burn marks and stains on sheets. Got a non smoking room but room next to me was smoking. Whole room and hallway smelled like smoke. TV remote didn't work and all the outlets were covered so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom.
