Cons: Reserved car for 12pm on a Saturday, that particular Enterprise closed by then. Kayak went through with the reservation anyway. Customer service could not be reached to fix the situation since they were closed as well.

Service was so awful
Cons: We were givin misleading information by TWO enterprise employees on the phone. This and maybe an error through price lines booking website led to two days of hassle, three trips to the nearest enterprise rental an hour away from our house, and our vacation being cancelled. All because I put my faith in this business, our reservation, and the two employees who assured me of what I needed and that we were all set for our rental.

Cons: They didn't tell me when I made the reservation with my DEBIT card that there would be a $200 more deposit to even receive the car since i do not have a major credit card. And even then they wouldn't take my debit card bc its prepaid. Luckily i found a rental car with another company that worked with us.

Pros: Service was friendly and prompt. Car was very nice.
Cons: I called to extend my reservation one day. The staff was happy to help me and informed me that all was in order to have the extra day at the same rate. Upon check out, I was surprised to find an "extension charge" for adding a day.
Pros: I didn't like the type of vehicle originally given; they swapped the car out for something more to my liking, no questions and no hassle.

Cons: Specifically asked at Nashville if I could change my payment method at drop off (different location) and was told yes.
At drop off they said they can't do it, that I need to call Nashville, and they can.
Called Nashville and they can't do it over the phone, I need to go to that location (i'm in a different state now).
Called customer care- and they just had an attitude with me telling me if I want to change it I need to go to Nashville.
