Pros (+) The staff were excellent. My wife suffered a nasty fall one night when we were out, twisting her knee badly. This resulted in her having to stay in her room for 2 whole days. The concierge provided ice packs and offered the use of a wheel chair around the hotel and the room staff were kindness personified.
Cons (-) The drinks were very expensive though I guess for a 5 star hotel this is to be expected.
