Pros (+) Bed was firm and comfortable, room was very nice and welcoming. Quiet even though we had a room on the West Wing, which is closest to Hwy 101
Cons (-) needed more electrical outlets by the bedside.

Cons (-) Hot tub was turned off and cold, no electricity in our bathroom, no water pressure in the shower, pillows on the bed or small and flat. Weak wifi.
