The hotel was stylish and quirky and good fun to stay in. The staff were really friendly, helpful and flexible however it helped that I could speak some Italian as there was very little English between them. The location was spot on - just 5 mins from the beach and with a nice view of the sea from our lovely little balcony. I became very fond of the hotel whilst there. The room was gorgeous but the bathroom, though nicely designed and functional, needed improvement - perhaps we were suffering from an end of summer booking. We had asked for twin beds but got a double; they agreed to swap the bed but never did - not the end of the world for us but others might be more uptight about this. Be prepared to carry your bag up 2 flights of steep stone steps!
It really is a palace. The paintings on the walls make it look like you're inside Hampton Court Palace, with raised borders and painted shadows from the chandellier light source. The furniture is original antique and more than enough storage space. Spa bath was awesome too. Truly a privilege. Parking is a little inconvenient.
The idea is good but it is nowadays a little decadent. The breakfast was "boring" and the terrasse needs an updating (urgently). The service people were very kind but not able to solve problems (TV not working). The building and the idea is really nice but everything needs tobe updated.
The location is fantastic as it is a 30 second walk from the main Piazza (Dumo). The hotel / b&b is a fantastic find, the rooms are lovely and large with a nice finish. The staff are fantastic and really very attentive and willing to help in any way they can. The continental breakfast is very nice. N/A
The location was perfect as my family (older children) and I were visiting Ravello for a family wedding in the square above the hotel. Pietro and Anna, the owners, were very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
Huge bedroom and bathroom, modern and clean, excellent staff assistance, center of Ravello just below piazzo duomo Small continental breakfast, overlooked a carpark on one side but center of Ravello which is why we stayed here
The room was large with an excellent shower and the breakfasts were freshley prepared by the owners. Lack of view - our room was on the ground level.
new small hotel, good location to visit Ravello. big rooms very clean, staff (one person) service very good. Parking in public area, cost 10-15 euro a day.
Pietro and his staff were very helpful. The room was bright and clean and the scenery was beautiful. The continental breakfast was great and nicely served. Proximity to Ravello musical concerts was a plus.
Excellent rooms for a very reasonable price! The location is brilliant, right next to Ravello Square. Very simply run hotel but we were extremely happy with everything. No nothing, everything was brilliant!
Brand new rooms with 2 rooms and 2 flat screen TVs, lovely tiles, nice shower, bidet and toiletries Had ants and many flies in the room at check in and after cleaning staff were in
The Staffs was very kind and nice.
peaceful, spacious rooms, great breakfast on terrace, views of hills lovely. wifi useless, and an unexpected car park location - not a problem in October, but not clear at booking.
Newly refurbished and well kept B&B, with comfortable bed and bathroom. No frills or luxury, but a magnificent view on Minori and the Costiera and held by a very friendly and helpful couple.very reasonably priced mini bar
Very quaint terrace overlooking a great view of the bay. The recently finished Neimeyer Amphitheater can be viewed from the terrace. The breakfast could be improved
The view from my room is spectacular, so with the view from the dining area. The hotel owner is very helpful and nice. It is not well signposted. You need to carry your luggage upstairs but I got the hotel owner help me.
We were very impressed by the location and character of this hotel. Its terrace shaded by lemon trees offered stunning views of the Amalfi coast.
very helpful staff; gave great advice re places to see and eat and helped with booking onward travel. wonderful breakfast and such nice people welcoming and friendly always
The hotel is situated in the beautiful town of Bomerano set in a valley surronded by mountains, an ideal location for hill walkers. The Hotelier Roberto and his dad Geraldo are such kind, generous people and Roberto has excellent knowledge of the surrounding areas. This was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in.Geraldo provided fresh fruit from his garden for breakfast which was really so kind.
Very nice and friendly staff. They gave us good recommendations for day trips and restaurants in Agerola Be aware that Agerola is located in a little valley above the Amalfi Coast. You don't have sea view from the house.
The family running the hotel were lovely! They were so friendly, helpful and accommodating (they even made a birthday cake for one of us!). It was in a beautiful area and near to some gorgeous locations. Roberto recommended places for us to visit and was happy to talk about local culture/traditions. Breakfast was a little boring (I think that's because breakfast isn't big in Italy?) but we ate so much during our break away that it probably helped us to not overeat...too much!
Roberto was an amazing host, he took us on a little tour of the town and knows lots about the region and is always willing to tell you anything you want to know. No, for the price we paid the room was fantastic
The couple that owns the hotel were very nice; additionally, they drove us to the bus stop and picked us up each day as it is a very far walk. The suite we had was very nice and a good value. Great views. The hotel is located on a hill with very limited bus service. The jacuzzi on the solarium does not have a heater.
