Pros (+) Pleasant helpful staff excellent customer service great Central location will be staying again
Pros (+) On arrival, the check-in process was very speedy and straightforward. We found the room to be very clean but smaller than we'd expected but this didn't matter as we were only staying for one night. The buffet breakfast was very tasty and had plenty variety.
Cons (-) The mattress and pillows were a little hard. The main issue we had though was that people in the next room complained about us being too noisy. We had returned to our room at 11.30 pm and were chatting with the TV on for half an hour - we were definitely NOT making a lot of noise with our voices and the TV volume was quite low. I would therefore suggest the rooms are inadequetely sound proofed
