Pros: Clean , great price, friendly staff
4.6 Okay
Pros: Only buffet breakfast that offered raspberries and blueberries.
Cons: No easy chair in room Refused our request to bring one in. Refused our request for a luggage rack The breakfast room manager hovered over us and the buffet tables constantly The breakfast room closed before guests could access breakfast. Other hotels wait for guests to finish. La Quinta in Grand Junction gave us as long as needed to finish breakfast. Made us feel welcome.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, looked pretty new. They knew there were three of us and accommodated us accordingly. Staff was very nice.
Cons: Work out room was too warm
4.0 Okay
Cons: Advertised wifi. Existed in lobby but not in our room. Was told that someone was on site earlier in the day to address the problem, but went home before it was completely fixed. We felt misled. Also, we were able to hear normal conversation from a nearby room, either below or on one of the sides. Could not make out the conversation, but was able to hear their alarm go off in the morning. Walls and ceilings/floors should be better built in hotels, especially new ones.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great at the reception desk
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a great position to explore Arizona around Page. It’s a bit on the outskirts of Page but by car just around 10min. It’s nearby to Horseshoe Bend what’s a must see and for aure the Antelope Canyon. But to be honest check it out by yourself and you will have a good time. Don’t forget to hike, run or bike the Rim Trail —> worth to do. Great overview to Lake Powel, Glen Canyon and the Glen Canyon Dam.
Cons: Just the point that the bath had hairs of former guest at the wall.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room is very big. The breakfast is good.
Cons: WiFi is a bit slow.

Cons: Nothing
7.9 Good
Pros: Very very welcoming and friendly staff. Good recommendations!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was what I needed for my trip. The "apartment" was very clean and cute. Having a full kitchen was a big plus. The water pressure was great in the shower. The bed was comfortable. I slept quite well. There was an outdoor space, but I didn't get to spend any time there. It was quite cold and even snowed the second night I was there. It was in close proximity to Glen Canyon Dam. The owner was very informative about where to see the best sunset.
Cons: The location was right down town in the area of "little motels" so I didn't feel assured about my safety. I was in the back of a building and there weren't many people staying there at the time. It was a bit off season. Otherwise, all was good. I just didn't know the city well enough to know anything about the neighborhood.
7.0 Good
Pros: The lady who checked us in was very friendly and offered very good suggestions for dinner and local entertainment. The motel is very dated and you actually have a door key instead of a card key. There are several more modern motels in the area. If you just need a place to clean up and sleep after your day's adventure, then this will work.
Cons: Very dated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very gracious and information host. Nice little apartment style room. Very reasonable rate for what you get. Extremely clean.
Cons: The rooms are pretty small and the lighting could be a little better.

7.9 Good
Pros: Location was fine, close to a Walmart if you needed something.
Cons: Breakfast was so-so. Insulation between floors is lacking. We were on the second floor and the unit above ours had what I would call a "thumper" in other words the person walked heavily and often across the room. Luckily we only had to put up with the thumper one night, the second night thumper was gone.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This place was super easy to find, close to everything we wanted to do. To top it off their pool is nice and clean and not over bleached.

Cons: More like motel but It has some noise from pipeline, for light sleeper, it may not be a good choice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was ready for us when we arrived late at night. The room was clean, in a good location. We didn't have any problems with other guests, everyone was very respectful and plan on staying here again when I come back to Page and recommend staying!
6.7 Good
Pros: Quiet zone. Owner very friendly and helpful. He was not at the reception but he came very fast. Clean room. Near by car to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend.
Cons: Upon arrival there was no one at reception. The envelopes with the access codes to the doors above the table were accessible to anyone entering the reception. This option is fine but the system must be improved to make it safer. We had the need to talk to the owner and we had to call him.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and affordable. Thanks, Matt, for the late checkout. I am a Premium Elite Marriott Life Member, but I would rather stay here for my frequent photography jumping off point vs burn down ridiculous point values at the Courtyard in town. I will be returning for sure.

Pros: This hotel was clean, comfortable, and breakfast was amazing! Staff was friendly. Great value!
4.6 Okay
Pros: Not much, room was spacious
Cons: The accommodation is very sterile, the ac unit made more noise than an aircraft. When your neighbor flushes the toilet it sounds the Niagra Falls are in your room. But most of all we were gutted that we had to use plastic utensils at the breakfast buffet. This day and age where we need to reduce plastic waste this is rediculous! We paid about $180 for a night, we feel cheated on! Avoid Holiday Inn Express!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was there for the Lake Powell half-marathon. It was absolutely AWESOME that the breakfast buffet was ready for us earlier than scheduled.
Cons: I loved everything about it!
6.7 Good
Pros: The rooms were big and nice, the breakfast good, Big John‘s Texas BBQ just around the corner has delicious smoked meat! I would love to be able to only tell positive things about the hotel
Cons: But- Unfortunately our credit card was charged twice. The room was already pre-paid but after checkout we were charged again. Although I have tried to contact the hotel several times, they never even replied - and of course didn’t give us our money back. This is really outrageous- I would assume to get at least an answer that they are checking my request. But no- nothing! In the end booking.com customer service was great and transferred the money back to my account, they would solve the rest with the hotel directly. Big thanks to booking.com, but that was quite a hassle after such a nice holiday. It‘s a pity that it ended that way... Apart from that: Staff at the front desk seemed to be not very motivated.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Bartendress and front desk, exceptional. Breakfast personal very kind

Pros: Good location Clean Room Pool (though a bit chilly) Nice breakfast Friendly staff
Cons: Check in took a while at 3pm Sometimes hard to get a seat at breakfast time
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff were very welcoming and friendly which made our stay very enjoyable. The recommendations for local eateries were helpful and we found the accommodation very pleasant. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I was in the area.
7.5 Good
Pros: Across the road from a delicious texan grill restaurant. Delicious continental breakfast. Rooms felt larger than most.
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean and the beds were comfortable .
Cons: I m from British Columbia not California as listed below.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The concierge was extremely helpful when asking about our excursions we had planned in the area. They provided a map of Page and directed us where to go with impressive accuracy. The room was spacious and had all the things you would need - fridge, microwave, comfy bed and large bathroom. For being only a 3 star hotel in Page, I was actually very impressed with the continental breakfast, it was fantastic and had a lot of options to choose from.
Cons: It was quite a hassle to find parking when arriving for a slightly later than usual check-in. We had to circle the building numerous times until we found a spot, and we were lucky we did. We had a room on the ground floor close to the lobby, and the noise from patrons drinking at the bar made it to the room quite often. If you prefer quiet, I would highly suggest asking for a room on the second or third floor.

1.0 Poor
Pros: The view was very pretty when you were outside
Cons: The hotel is run down, dirty, over priced, rude staff, ceilings of hallways were under 7 foot tall. There was pretty much nothing but the view I liked.
7.9 Good
Pros: Beautiful view of lake
Cons: Cafe staff was nice but forgot we were waiting and then mixed up meal. Waitress was good, host needs a little work. Could have offered bar option.
7.0 Good
Pros: Beautiful location and staff really helped me when I had an issue with my car. The restaurant food was quite good but there was no public space to relax like a bar or lounge area. It is predominantly a summer retreat. We were out of season so one restaurant was closed. Remember you need a park pass to get to the location. The beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The rooms are fairly tired and somewhat dull.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole resort was nice. But if you want a lake view or any nice view don’t get the traditional room. Other than that loved our stay.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Toilet seat smaller than the toilet, closet too small and short, no microwave.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was great. Outdoor spaces were beautiful!
Cons: Our room was not very clean. Bathroom extremely small. Sliding glass doors did not lock. Old, old hotel with very little updates to room. Low ceiling and uncomfortable bed.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Bed was comfortable, the dining room food was good but this is a expensive place. There was suppose to a another restaurant on site in the water at marina but we could but we could not find it.
Cons: This is a old resort probably 30 years and has not been updated. There is a strong odor of sulfur outside near the lobby and a very strong chemical odor in the rooms. we had to open the doors to our rooms to air them out.The entrance and lobby, gift shop, dining looks new. Nothing else in this so-called resort was. The shower head is pitiful, there is a old knob style handle in tub. Water temp kept changing. In marina view rooms u see steam plant. No room service, no spa, there is a small pool located near bar where patrons can see you. Buildings are old style. There are several buildings and you have to enter the buildings at the ends and walked down long corridor to get to your room. There is a second floor above and no elevator to take up your luggage. The vending machine with ice is outside and at the end of your building. The housekeeper was in our room cleaning for less than 5 minutes. He took the dirty towels and did not replace the wash rags. I called front desk and was told they would send some one right away, no one ever came. This is the place that the tour buses come so there is large crowds at the dining room. The rooms are also very small, with sink separate from the bathroom. The lighting in the room was awful. When I stepped in the tub it popped, and I am a petite woman. Could not move shower head so I had to stand at the end of tub for water to hit me because I am 5'3" .
6.2 Good
Pros: the lake view was really beautiful but u dont have to live there to see.
Cons: the breakfast sucks. It ends at 9am and a hundred people waited for a long time just to get some bread and coffee. No staff there to help or smooth the experience. And it was freezing that we have to go across the parking lot to the lobby. It is super cold there in winter!
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location is excellent and the rooms well appointed. And you have an amazing barman who should be GM as he's the only one there who knows anything about how a hotel should work
Cons: The hotel is run down and daggy. You have back office services where one of your best views should be (see photo) and rooms facing the carpark. Mine was supposed to be lake view but looked over a fairly grotty swimming pool in a cage. The architecture looks like a forgotten shabby civic building - certainly not somewhere where you go wow when you turn up. First reaction is - oh god this looks grim. We wanted to rent a boat and look around a dew but went down to the marina but no-one available to show us around so we drove to Antelope marina instead where it was much better. The food was good but the Rainbow restaurant a bit soleless and a bit dark ages that they still only serve filter coffee no latte which is pretty standard now. But the main issue here is the mgmt. Staff try but are clearly untrained, understaffed and have no clue. The receptionist when we asked for advise on rooms said she'd never seen one!!!! And we left our room at 8am the following day and returned at 4pm to find our room uncleaned and when we phoned apparently the housekeeper had left at midday. Some poor chap turned up and started scrubbing but the staff are clearly very unhappy. Its a grim job there. Aramark are clearly not hotel operators - apparently they run prisons and laundries and it shows. Rooms are nice but corridors shabby - its like being in a grotty council building. The whole place needs to be knocked down and a decent hotel operator allowed to provide what should be an unbelievable hotel on a classic location. What a waste. We booked for 3 nights but left after 2 - it was depressing
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location stunning
Cons: Property is a bit tired, shower was almost impossible to get to a useable temperature
7.0 Good
Pros: View was spectacular and rooms were clean.
Cons: Service at the restaurant was terrible, they do not know what's their selection for drinks, they do not fix broken tables, we waited for our food too long, we were starving at almost 9:00 pm. The line was too long we waited more than an hour the dinner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great view and nice swimming pool
Cons: This hotel is in the park where you have to pay 30-35$ to get in separate with hotel costs
